Hi, I've had a good look through this section and it seems no one else is getting the same problem I'm getting. The version I've installed is V1.5 with V15a (corrected SQL file) Installation was nice and straight forward and everything works perfectly apart from the description and keywords are being doubled up for some reason? This is how the pages are being indexed: Description: Spares for Motorcycles, Minimotos, Motocross and ATV Quad bikes. Spares for Motorcycles, Minimotos, Motocross and ATV Quad bikes. Keywords: east sussex, motorcycle, spares, parts, accessories, helmets, bodywork, clothing, boots, alarms, security, tools, - east sussex, motorcycle, spares, parts, accessories, helmets, bodywork, clothing, Has anyone else noticed this? Any help with this would be greatly appreciated. Gazza....

    Consistent PayPal IPN Ordering Problem

Hi Dennis, If the above problem has only occured since you installed Paypal then the chances are you have missed something out when installing the script or made an error of your own somewhere. To be getting the credit card number and no other details and admin indicating the order has been paid by Paypal suggests you have entered some code in the wrong place and maybe over written some code also. What version of Paypal IPN have you installed? Paypal has been a real nightmare for a good few months now, my customer orders still go through ok but they don't get the order comfirmation email anymore and the order in admin stays at pending due to no longer receiving the IPN to switch it over to processing. Maybe someone reading this can recommend a reliable Paypal Contribution to use? Gazza....

    NEW! Complete Order Editing Tool!

Hi Stew, I'm currently testing version 1.73 on a test site and so far so good. I've not come across the random deletion bug as yet, and don't intend to, so will be adding Giirov's patch asap. What version did you use as a base for the new version 1.80? The reason I'm asking is because I prefer V1.73 compared to V1.75. Gazza....
  4. Hi, Hopefully someone can help me with this? I have GeoZones set up for example as follows: USA & Canada (1.3 kgs) (Small Packet) ?9.50 USA & Canada (1.3 kgs) (Large Packet) ?15.00 The small packet shipping option is set to charge upto a maximum of 2kg .. Anything above this weight switches over to the large packet rate. The problem I have is that it switches to the new rate as it should but leaves the small packet rate visable with 0.00 showing as a cost.. so it looks like this: USA & Canada (2.5 kgs) (Small Packet) ?0.00 USA & Canada (2.5 kgs) (Large Packet) ?26.00 With the way it works at the moment, customers would be able to choose the zero rated option for larger weights and go through checkout without paying any shipping. What I've been trying to achieve is to make the small packet option dissapear after the 2kg limit is reached. Does anyone have the solution? Thanks in advance, Gazza......

    Article Manager v1.0

Hi Julian, Your metatag description is displaying the following in the search engines: NAVBAR_TITLE. Zenas Toys is one of the largest suppliers of rabbit vibrators, adult sex toys, clothes & lingerie, leather & anal toys available in the UK. My adult sex toys are priced to sell fast and are of the finest quality. Compare my adult sex toys with all other sites to see the difference. You need to remove NAVBAR_TITLE. from the description to display it like this: Zenas Toys is one of the largest suppliers of rabbit vibrators, adult sex toys, clothes & lingerie, leather & anal toys available in the UK. My adult sex toys are priced to sell fast and are of the finest quality. Compare my adult sex toys with all other sites to see the difference. Other than this, everything seems to be working correctly on your site. Let me know if I've missed something? :'( Gazza....

    Article Manager v1.0

Hi Lian, I viewed your web site using Internet Explorer and have taken another look using Firefox and still the same problem with the right column off the page. The rest of your site looks ok, the problem is only with the index.php You will have to make some small adjustments to the table widths etc... This may be a good place to start looking.. Try looking around the body text area on your index.php : <tr> <td width="400" align="center" valign="middle"><p><font color="#006600" size="5" face="Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif"><strong>Your premier online <br> specialty bookshop for <br> parents and children <br> in Malaysia and Singapore.</strong></font></p> <p> </p></td> <td width="400" align="center" valign="middle"><img src="images/collage.jpg" width="253" height="200"></td> </tr> Above code taken from your index.php Good luck, Gazza....

    Article Manager v1.0

Hi Lian, You will have to increase the length for the topic name in you database. The topic name is currently set to 32 characters, enter the code below into your database to increase it to 64 characters. The easiest method would be to manually change the topics name varchar from 32 to 64 by accessing the table via phpMyAdmin. If your not to familiar with making changes to the database yourself, then run this on your MySQL database (through phpMyAdmin etc.): DROP TABLE IF EXISTS `topics_description`; CREATE TABLE `topics_description` ( `topics_id` int(11) NOT NULL default '0', `language_id` int(11) NOT NULL default '1', `topics_name` varchar(64) NOT NULL default '', `topics_heading_title` varchar(64) default NULL, `topics_description` text, PRIMARY KEY (`topics_id`,`language_id`), KEY `idx_topics_name` (`topics_name`) ) TYPE=MyISAM; Basically this will reset (empty) all the values in the topics description and update the topic name to 64 characters. If you have already added information to these fields they will be lost, and you will have to re-enter them again. Note: BACKUP - BACKUP - BACKUP before making any changes to your database. Hope this helps... Gazza.....

    Imprint Text Options

Hi Alenkij, I have installed the latest version of Imprint Attributes v1.3 plus added the couple of fixes and its working like a dream. :D One thing I have noticed is: I enter a value into the text field for example 'Test 1' and add the product to the cart. Then continue shopping or return to the same product and enter 'Test 2' into the text field and add this to the cart. I end up with 1 order with 'Test 2' in the text field and quantity 2. Not two separate products showing the different text fields. If the product also has a dropdown attribute assigned to it, for example 'colour' and I re-enter the above example but choose a different colour for each product, I end up with the following in the cart: Product 1 - Colour-Red - Text Field-Test 2 Product 2 - Colour-Blue - Text Field-Test 2 What ever you type into the text field will over right all the previous products added to the cart so they all have the same text added to them. Do you know how to fix this as I intend to use this contribution for selling number plates and some customers will no doubt buy more than one plate at a time with different registration numbers and fonts etc... Thanks for your help and I love this contribution. Gazza.....

    Imprint Text Options

Hi, I'm getting the same error as Djo ... Heres my error code: 1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax. Check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near '{2}51 and session_id = '62c704eac6ce102fe5e65565c0a60eea'' at l delete from customers_basket_text_attributes where products_id = 1994{2}51 and session_id = '62c704eac6ce102fe5e65565c0a60eea' [TEP STOP] This error only appears when you try to remove a product which has attributes from the shopping cart. Any products which don't have attribute fields can be removed as usual. Has anyone got a fix for this? ... Or at least point me in the right direction... I've tried the bug fix for 1064 error codes by changing the code in: admin/includes/classes/split_page_result.php catalog/includes/classes/split_page_result.php After the update to the above php files the error still exists.
