  1. Hi, I've had various versions of Easy Populate which I have got to look right in the admin view. However, what happens is that whenever I click to download the files, nothing happens! It seems to refresh the page, but I don't get a pop-up to choose where to download the file. I wondered if it might be my security settings, and tried to download to the temp folder, but again..nothing. Can anyone shed some light on what I've done wrong here? Ta muchly!
  2. I've been running this module on my site, and it works really well...except for one thing. I don't seem to be able to combine a %age discount wiht free shipping. When I set it up, it's fine, but it actually sets it up as a value discount. IE. If I try to give a 10% discount with free shipping, it turns it into a ?10 voucher with free shipping! Everything else works fine..where am I going wrong? Thanks in advance!
  3. Woo! I've got it! I've put all weights and shipping rates in KILOS. So for 1st class shipping it is: .06:0.28,0.1:0.42,0.15:0.60,0.2:0.75,0.25:0.88,0.3:1.01,0.35:1.15,0.4:1.33,0.45: 1.50,0.5:1.68,0.6:2.03,0.7:2.38,0.75:2.55,0.8:2.73,0.9:3.10,1:3.45 And the weights for products (350g) are eg: 0.35. Make sure in ADMIN>CONFIGURATION>SHIPPING/PACKAGING you set TARE to 0 (zero). That funny number under the name of the shipping type is the totalled weight of the order. :D Am well chuffed - that's TWO huge problems solved today.
  4. Royal Mail Contribution I've installed this contribution, but am having trouble with the rates. I've tried different variations of having both shipping rates (eg: 0.06:0.28) and product weights in kg, or in g - but it always seems to charge far more than necessary (eg: a 350g product was charged at ?4.78 by parcel post, when it should be ?1.15 by first class - first class post isn't given as an option). I think it sees the product as weighing 3.5kg, rather than the 0.35kg or the 350g I put in. Also it has some strange number which comes up in the checkout area, below the name of the shipping service (in this case Royal Mail Standard Parcel).. Any ideas? Thanks, Autumn
  5. Woo! Thanks Anna. I realised I'd pasted the wrong code into the includes\admin\application_top.php file! I'm now feeling jubilant! Just have to fix the shipping module now!
  6. Well I had run the SQL wotsit and it appears that the table was there. However, I tried deleting it and running that code again and no dice. This is very frustrating! I even tried un-installing the module, but still that error!
  7. Hi there, Well I've done a search on this error, but haven't come up with anything. I know a lot of people have had it, but despite trying all of the things suggested, I'm still getting problems. I'm getting: 1146 - Table 'xxxx_osc3.TABLE_COUPON_GV_CUSTOMER' doesn't exist select amount from TABLE_COUPON_GV_CUSTOMER where customer_id = '2' [TEP STOP] I don't know if it's linked or indicative of what I've done wrong, but the module is also showing up twice in the admin section (ie the Voucher/Coupons section on the bottom left under "Tools")...is that bad? I need to go live soon, so any help is gratefully received! cheers Autumn
