    Moneybookers

Hi I think you must verify your account before you can use credit card. Bank transfer seems the simplest way for new users to pay.
  3. Ok I have fixed the problem. If your manufactures are not showing try this. mujina you gave me the right code pretty much but it didnt work because there is a type error in it, mnane should be mname. So I dont know if you have this error in the code you put in your site. Mike
  4. Hi, I am still having a problem with viewing the manufactures on my site. The drop down list on the left does not work and I am always redirected back to the index page. I have the same problem for the "Manufacture Info" box on the right. However I can see the manufacturers when from a product category I use the drop down list entitled "Show". I am using version 2.0b with the redirect beta3. Also I am using the cName method as opposed to the rewrite one. I have made no changes to my htaccess file for this contribution because I am using the cName option. Initially my urls looked like http://www.mysite.com/index.php?osCsid=9815906be9813564bfb4a8a60ca1b003&mName=mymanufacturer&osCsid=9815906be9813564bfb4a8a60ca1b003 Using the Manufacturer list on the left. Defiantly a problem there with the sid in the url twice. I have noticed this on another site too but their site did actually display the correct page. http://www.mysite.com/index.php?mName=mymanufacturer&osCsid=ac4f3a17c63a2c876b855c0d2c7bdf9a Using the Manufacturer Info box on the right. This looks like it should work. With the advice of clarocque I fixed the cookie configuration and the URLs no longer contain the sid if you have cookies enabled. They now look like http://www.mysite.com/index.php?mName=mymanufacturer Unfortunately it did not fix the problem. Basically none of the urls with mName in them work. Ideally I would like to fix the problem if anybody can help, perhaps someone has had a similar problem. Alternatively If I cant fix the problem is it possible to disable the manufacture (mName) part of the code. Any help with this would be very much appreciated. Thanks Mike
  5. Hi, I still have the problem where I can not view the manufactures. I have noticed that I can however view them when I browse in to a category and use the "Show All Manufactures" drop down filter. The urls this uses are completely different, like http://www.mysite.com/index.php?filter_id=13&sort=2a&cName=category The other two that use mName in the url still redirect me back to the index page. Thanks Mike
  6. Hi I am using the cname option, which I had assumed did not need a change to the .htaccess file. I had a problem when it came to changing the htaccess file so just went with the cname and not the rewrite option. I got the latest of both files installed. I also tried the fix that mujina suggested but that didn't work either, but thanks anyways. Mike
  7. Ok I changed the cookie configuration to how is mentiond in a previous post. Now all the urls seem correct but i still am redirected back to my index page. All the urls for the for the manufactures now look like this. http://www.mysite.com/index.php?mName=mymanufacturer Just a thought but i have the redirect beta installed could this cause this problem.
  8. Hi if you mean that if i navagate around my site, different products and pages etc, then does the sid stay all the way through, then the answer is yes.
  9. Hi force cookie setting = false I have also noticed that the url is different when i click the manufacturer info box. http://www.mysite.com/index.php?mName=mymanufacturer&osCsid=ac4f3a17c63a2c876b855c0d2c7bdf9a which looks as it should be, but this still reverts me back to the index page also. It is strange that i have not noticed this problem before as i have had it installed for a few weeks.
  10. Ok the URL was shortend and I cant edit the post so here is the example of the url again. http://www.mysite.com/index.php?osCsid=9815906be9813564bfb4a8a60ca1b003&mName=mymanufacturer&osCsid=9815906be9813564bfb4a8a60ca1b003
  11. Hi thank you for this contribution seems to work good. I do however have a small problem, but am not sure that it is because of this contribution or not. I have just noticed today that neither the drop down manufactures list or the Manufacturer info box work anymore. Always now when I click on a manufacturer link I just get brought back to my index page and the url is screwed. Like so http://www.mysite.com/index.php?osCsid=981...fb4a8a60ca1b003 I have tried to disable the contribution in the admin panel to see if it works without the contribution running, but this makes my site stop working altogether. Anybody can help with this it would be much appreciated. Thanks Mike

    Official PayPal IPN Support Thread

Hi I have this contribution on my site for a few weeks now and it does solve the problem of customers not returning, which is good. It does create some other problems for me though. 1) No emails get sent at all if the customer does not return to the site. 2) All of my confirmation emails are now stripped of the product attributes. This is annoying me a lot as I use the email to send to my distributor and the attributes are important. I have to check each order and past it in at the moment. 3) I notice a possible bug, can?t be sure it is related to this contribution though. I had one customer make several false checkouts which created lots of preparing sales. He then finally completed a checkout. I noticed that the delivery address in the email I was sent did not match the one in the database for the order. Is it possible that the contrib confused two of his orders together? This I have only noticed once but if it happened a lot then that would be a real problem. If anybody can tell me how to fix any of this stuff then for me it would make this contribution a lot better.

Hi thanks for this contribution, hopefully its going to stop a lot of problems. I have one problem where I get no order email from my store if the customer does not return back to the checkout success page. Is there any way to fix this? Has this question already been answered 1000000 times already? Also I have the IPN URL on my Paypal account set like below. Is this correct, it seems ok but i was a little unsure, I don?t see it mentioned in the documentation. Instant Payment Notification (IPN) URL: http://www.mysite.com/ext/modules/payment/paypal_ipn/ipn.php

    Order Tracker New Contrib....

Hi I think this is a great contribution, thanks. I did notice a small problem, not sure if it has already been mentioned. After the new year the total orders for 2005 kept last years repeat orders, so the total order for 2005 looked something like 0 / 50* ie I had more repeat orders than total orders for the year.

    Portugal/Europe Payment Modules

Hi, thanks Dandy. Moneybookers looks like it may work for me. Do customers need to sign up or can they just pay by credit card?
