I don't know if someone else had this problem before, but I've installed the latest HTC and everything is working fine except Page Control. It doesn't display any page. I just get a pull down-menu behind "Select an option" with the options "Select a file", "Show All Files" and "Add missing page", but none of my actual page like index.php are showing up. Now my index.php file is displaying "Replace me in Page Control" and I can't do anything about this. Does anyone have the solution for this?

Hi there, I've got a question about paying shipping by points. I don't want that the customer can use points to pay for shipping. I've got a few orders where the payment is zero euro's. The customers had enough points to pay for the products they want to buy as well as the shipping costs so they didn't have to pay for the orders ! I'm fine with the idea that the customer can pay their products with points so that the subtotal is set to 0.00, but I still want the customer to pay for the shipping costs. I've found out in includes/functions/redemptions.php that the line with TEP_CALC_SHOPPING_PVALUE is the one which is presenting the total amount. Does anyone know if it is possible to change this function so that shippings costs are not calculated in this function? I can't seem to find it myself. marcus

Hi Tracy, The code you're reffering to is just a code to set up the file redemptions.php. Just take a look at includes/functions/redemptions.php and search for the wrong placed '<'. After deleting that you're problem should be fixed. Marcus

Hi there, i'm using the points and rewards module for quite a while now and have just added the 'add points for product reviews' so that customers can get points for any rewards their giving. But the problem is, that there is a sneaky customer who is adding his review to almost every product he can find. This means that the standard 40 points he's getting, he's getting about 40 times at this moment. is it possible to restrict this kind of rewarding to just one per customer? Other wise this customer can get up to 50 euro's discount with his next order. kind regards, Marcus

Hi there, I don't know if this question has already been asked before, but I want to create a page called 'checkout_overview.php' between the shopping cart and the checkout_shipping page. Within this page I would like to show the items the customer wants to buy plus I want to let the customer choose to select his points on THIS page. Everything is working fine, but the main problem is, is that checkout_confirmation.php can't find the points discount because it is originally taken from the checkout_payment page which in my case is two pages later. Does anyone know how to get the information from checkout_overview to checkout_confirmation without using checkout_payment for this? Kind regards, Marcus

Hi there, I've installed the contrib today and in the admin everything is working fine. It took me a while to figure it out that I have to change the language ID to my own ID i'm using but ok... But I have the problem that after setting Options as Images to enable, everything stopped after the code of options_images.php. I have no buy button, I have no right column and no footer. And also the attributes without images aren't shown anymore. That's the biggest problem: I have attributes WITHOUT images and want to have attributes WITH images, but it seems the script isn't wokring with both at the same time. I've tried everything, including looking through the layout of the page (I thought that was the problem of not showing the button and right column) but nothing seems to be working fine. Is there anybody who can solve this problem for me? I'm working with the latest version 1.7.1 I've figured out that the old version 1.6.3 is working (it's showing a pulldown menu with the attributes, but no images), but that's not working with images good. Hi there, It's a great contribution, but I have a problem. Everything works but if a customer wants to checkout without an account, the ability to send the order has been left out. What I mean is this: a customer is choosing The Netherlands as his home country. After 'registering' he will be transferred to checkout_shipping.php. At that page the module 'pick-up in store' has been left out and the only one available is 'Parcel shipment' but it says that is isn't able to ship within this country. if a customer registered and his home country is in The Netherlands, after entering checkout_shipping.php he has the options to choose from 'pick-up in store' AND send it through 'Parcel shipment' to The Netherlands. Therefore: the PWA doesn't allow shipping the items !!! Could someone please tell me what went wrong here. marcus

At the moment I use Access with Level Account (v. 2.2) but I think the Mindsparx admin is using a different one. could you please tell me which login-script is being used so I can install that one? Hi Pyramide, thanx for the great contrib ! but I have a question: today you've uploaded a new version of the remove unused images (v1.0a but the old version was v1.1 ??) because you've added a line of code which can read the checkboxes. but it doesn't work. when pressing the 'check all boxes'-link, Internet Explorer gives a 'website cannot be found' error. could you please tell me what's wrong? marcus

yes, i've used version 1.3 with no problem. That's why I find it so strange that it's not working at your site. Do you have English also installed? If so, is it working fine there or do you have this problem with all languages? marcus

Hi bandido, you're site is not working at the moment, I get a 404 error (I think, 'cause everything is in Russian and I can't read it...). It's very strange that you have problems with this script, because at my site everything is working (take a look at https://www.sylkamode.com for an example). I've neverd tested it on Fireworks or Opera, so don't know if it's working there. What you can do is get rid of the entire code (by deleting everything in backwords from the installation file) and install it again. Perhabs it helps. Maybe there's another contribution which is installed on your site which is causing a problem with this script. marcus

yes, the carousel was working fine, except that the name and price weren't showing up. marcus

to secure it is very simple: open kampanya.php and look for the url which contains download.macromedia.com: http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwa...version=8,0,0,0 and http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer and change the http:// to https:// you have to change both url's 2 times in the file. After that you won't get the message 'some items are not secure' anymore. Regards, Marcus

Hi there, I've installed version 2.3 and everything is working fine except that it doesn't make my images smaller by using SMALL_IMAGE_WIDTH and SMALL_IMAGE_HEIGHT. In the Admin I've configured the SMALL_IMAGE_WIDTH to '100' and SMALL_IMAGE_HEIGHT to nothing. In the catalog on product_info.php for example the image is perfectly resizing. The width stays at 100 pixels and it's calculating itself how much the height must be. But newsletter_products.php doens't work like that it seems. It's showing the original size of the images and because my original images are mostley 400 to 600 pixels wide, I got a use email sent to my customers. I can't set the image width and height to a standard size because the pictures of my products do have different sizes. So when I set the width and height to say 100 and 200pixels, the images won't be in their proportions anymore. Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem? Kind regards, Marcus

Hi FK, it doesn't matter where you put the carousel. Just make sure all the permission are correct and the files are all in the same directory (you can use filenames.php in your includes folder if you want to). marcus
