    Contribution Issue

    Does anyone know how to use this contribution but still be able to display new products in the body of the index page? Any help is much appreciated. Thanks.
  3. Hi, I'm using PWA 0.82 and would like to add the Autologon 1.08 contribution so that customers that have chosen to create an account will be automatically signed in without having to see the generic "Welcome, Guest" greeting on the index page. My knowledge of PHP scripting is moderate, at best, so I'm having trouble configuring these mods to work together (as well as the "Country-State Selector" and "Age Verification" mods). Basically, my problem with PWA and Autologon has to do with catalog/login.php, since the other changes have remained the same. Here are the changes that Autologon suggests for catalog/login.php: // restore cart contents $cart->restore_contents(); ******************************************************************************** ********** *NEXT CHANGE************************************************************************** **** ******************************************************************************** ********** <base href="<?php echo (getenv('HTTPS') == 'on' ? HTTPS_SERVER : HTTP_SERVER) . DIR_WS_CATALOG; ?>"> <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="stylesheet.css"> <script language="javascript"><!-- function session_win() { window.open("<?php echo FILENAME_INFO_SHOPPING_CART; ?>","info_shopping_cart","height=460,width=430,toolbar=no,statusbar=no,scrollbars=yes").focus(); } //--></script> <?php // HMCS: Begin Autologon ********************************************************** ?> <script language="javascript"><!-- function win_autologon() { window.open("<?php echo FILENAME_INFO_AUTOLOGON; ?>","info_autologon","height=460,width=430,toolbar=no,statusbar=no,scrollbars=yes").focus(); } //--></script> <?php // HMCS: End Autologon ********************************************************** ?> </head> <body marginwidth="0" marginheight="0" topmargin="0" bottommargin="0" leftmargin="0" rightmargin="0"> <!-- header //--> ******************************************************************************** ********** *NEXT CHANGE************************************************************************** **** ******************************************************************************** ********** <tr> <td class="main"><b><?php echo ENTRY_EMAIL_ADDRESS; ?></b></td> <td class="main"><?php echo tep_draw_input_field('email_address'); ?></td> </tr> <tr> <td class="main"><b><?php echo ENTRY_PASSWORD; ?></b></td> <td class="main"><?php echo tep_draw_password_field('password'); ?></td> </tr> <?php // HMCS: Begin Autologon ********************************************************** if(ALLOW_AUTOLOGON != 'false') { ?> <tr> <td> </td> <td align="left" class="smalltext"><?php echo tep_draw_checkbox_field('remember_me','on', (($password == '') ? false : true)) . ' ' . ENTRY_REMEMBER_ME; ?></td> </tr> <?php } // HMCS: End Autologon ********************************************************** ?> <tr> <td colspan="2"><?php echo tep_draw_separator('pixel_trans.gif', '100%', '10'); ?></td> </tr> <tr> <td class="smallText" colspan="2"><?php echo '<a href="' . tep_href_link(FILENAME_PASSWORD_FORGOTTEN, '', 'SSL') . '">' . TEXT_PASSWORD_FORGOTTEN . '</a>'; ?></td> </tr> But many of these changes are impossible because PWA eliminates much of the above code with the following script: <td><table border="0" width="70%" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="2"> <?php if (PWA_ON == 'false') { require(DIR_WS_INCLUDES . FILENAME_PWA_ACC_LOGIN); } else { require(DIR_WS_INCLUDES . FILENAME_PWA_PWA_LOGIN); } ?> </tr> </table></td> </tr> Neither login_pwa.php nor login_acc.php seem likely and the tests I have performed on those two pages have been unsuccessful. I believe that catalog\includes\modules\Order_Info_Check.php may be the possible destination for the Autologon script but I haven't been able to get things to work there either. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Regards, Mick
