    You forgot something in the install like the previous poster pointed out. It is likely NOT in that file but in another file that this file references SO go back over ALL the install directions for ALL the files as you missed something.

    Ditto. The second label is not logged in oscommerce, can anyone suggest a fix?

We're having the same problem with our new merchant bank but only with Amex credit cards, with Amex they said it has something to do with the merchant bank cannot process the ccv codes and authorize.net does not know what to do so it gives a general error. We have yet to get this fixed, but please post your solution if you figure anything out.

    It's just a simple html coding issue, you have an extra <table> <tr> or <td> where there should not be one or are missing a </table> </tr> </td> . This may be time consuming to diagnoise but very basic stuff...

    You messed up your tables... Reinstall or manually go back through the code and find where you made the mistake when you modified it.
  6. Does it support USPS (US Postal Service)? Also can you use your fedex account # to get your custom rates and ship on or do you have to use eshippers account?

    Your table/screen size is not large enough so it is having to use two lines to fit the rma info.

    Yes you will need to install CCGV if you want to use gift certificates. Dunno about your double product thing, maybe you installed that part of the code twice or maybe the product has attributes?

    Looks like you have some sort of multiple product contrib you're using and uses the same sku to create multiple variations of the product... This contrib is not designed for that sort of contrib as your contribution that is causing the problem uses non-standard formating of the product ids so you will need to consult that discussion group for the other contrib for help on how to modify your install to make it compatible, it's likely a known issue with that other contribution you are using....

    v2.6 Basically just some fixes but the Security fix is big, I recommend everyone upgrades. - SQL bug fix as posted in forum - Fixed major Security hole in return_product.php using a modification of the code posted by Demoalt to account for oID as well. - Fixed the incorrect "bug fix" by tocpcs back to the original format.

    Agreed... Unfortunately everyone has feature requests and suggestions but no one has updated the contrib except me in a couple of years.... Time someone else steps up and starts helping too!

    LOL password forgotten was not missed it was never supposed to be there, the original contrib had a lot of junk and unused files like that so I removed some of them!

    "If anyone knows why Refund Method: will not change when updating it in the admin of RMA Returns please let me know, it's driving me nuts I have installed the contrib 3 times freshly and I have read this WHOLE! thread and only see one mention with NO answer " It's a bug, it's not just you. I will attempt to fix it today, because it's bothering me too. If I can find a fix I will post it otherwise assume I was unable to fix it.

    Interesting, yes that would be it. It really doesn't hurt anything but it I could see how it would throw off the page count. For some reason even thought all items with the same product id are being grouped they are still each being counted as an item hence the extra pages. I fairly certain it has something to do with these 2 lines of the code but I honestly have never encountered this before and i cannot duplicate this on my site as we do not have multiple versions of items with the same product id. Here are the 2 lines I think are causing this $products_query_raw = "select p.products_id, p.products_model, p.products_date_added, p.products_trans_20, p.products_trans_60, p.products_sales_60, p.products_trans_120, p.products_trans_365, p.supplier_id, m.manufacturers_name as suppliername, p.products_mpn, p.products_cost, pd.products_name, p.products_quantity, p.products_price, last_one, l.name from " .     No need to post new code, just use the google version off the google server as I discussed many posts before... If you cannot get it to work then I would suggest you contact google like I said before and explain your specific problems, then post your solutions in the forum so it benefits everyone instead of sitting on your lazy ass and complaining. Also FYI last I knew google checkout only works for the US, and your profile says you are from the UK, that might be part of your problem but you didn't take the time to read the directions so you wouldn't know that...

    1) It does work -- it is very technical and time consuming to install (it took me about 2 days and I've installed well over 50 contribs) - I know there are a lot of posts but just read through all of the posts and you will likely find your answer. 2) Yes the google developer who was working on this contrib is no longer working on it. Why don't you contact google and ask them to update the contrib instead of complaining? FYI it was the sheer number of oscommerce users who got them to support and help develop the contrib originally. Not to mention myself and I'm sure many others nagged the actual development team of the google checkout them at the Internet Retailer Conference and other conferences.... 3) I'm unsure about this but I do know the fedex calculated rates work.

    Try the newest version 2.1c I just posted and let me know. I put group by p.products_id right before the order by in the mysql statement which should group all of the product ids together unless each of your product versions has a different product id?

    Every server is run by different software so it is quite hard to say exactly what your cron issue is. You should contact your host to find out the appropriate settings for your server.

    Ahh interesting, you're using some sort of product attributes contrib I'm guessing? I'm not familar with all of those contribs but it sounds like they make a new product in your database that is linked to the original for each additional manufacturer/color/etc hence it is showing up multiple times..... So is everything else working properly now but that? Try adding DISTINCT to the mysql select query in the admin file and let me know if that fixes it?     Yeah that would definitely be a problem with server permissions not the contrib.
