  1. Hi, We apologize for the inconvenience. We are in the process of resigning the partner agreement with Klarna since we recently released the new osCommerce version 4.x and the previous agreement was based on the old osCommerce versions. In the meantime while signing up for the Klarna's account in order to get the required keys for your Klarna module, please choose the custom solution option since the osCommerce platform is not available there yet. After that choose the required Klarna solution, obtain the keys and fill them in in your osCommerce Klarna module. Best regards, Ivan
  2. Hi, Sorry for the inconvenience. Could you please confirm if you have the existing Klarna account? If not, could you please create one in the Klarna system to get the required information (Klarna ID and/or username)? Best regards, Ivan
  3. Hi, While installing osCommerce v4 there is the option that allows you to add the demo products to your website to see how they are set up there. Or you can add your own products to your website after you install osCommerce v4. Best regards, Ivan
  4. Hi, Please have a look at our support page with all the relevant information - https://www.oscommerce.com/wiki/index.php?title=Main_Page If you have issues with installing osCommerce v4 please see the Installation and Server Requirements section in particular. Best regards, Ivan
  5. Hi Tom, The issue you reported has been fixed. Best regards, Ivan
  6. Hi Lorraine, The links are not identical. They are for 2 separate modules. https://www.oscommerce.com/app/product-ignored-shipping-methods https://www.oscommerce.com/app/product-ignored-payment-methods https://www.oscommerce.com/wiki/Managing_Product_Ignored_Shipping_Methods_Module https://www.oscommerce.com/wiki/Managing_Product_Ignored_Payment_Methods_Module As for the Low Order Fee it is the separate setting in the Order Structure, that adds the special amount to the cost, if the order is below the certain amount. And it has nothing to do with shipping. The module Ignored payment method just hides the certain payment method, but the Low Order Fee is still there, it has nothing to do with the chosen payment method. Best regards, Ivan
  7. Hi Lorraine, Please find the modules you mentioned above as well as the corresponding manuals to them below. https://www.oscommerce.com/app/product-ignored-shipping-methods https://www.oscommerce.com/app/product-ignored-payment-methods https://www.oscommerce.com/wiki/Managing_Product_Ignored_Shipping_Methods_Module https://www.oscommerce.com/wiki/Managing_Product_Ignored_Payment_Methods_Module Best regards, Ivan
  8. Hi Jim, Please see the link below. https://www.oscommerce.com/app/productbundles Best regards, Ivan
  9. Hi Jim, Sorry for misunderstanding. This module as well as many other modules is not part of the base install so it needs to be purchased via App Shop, installed in your admin area for it to appear in the Extension list. It should not affect your shipping surcharge. Best regards, Ivan
  10. Hi Jim, Just to confirm. Could you please double check that this module shows up in your App Shop section under My Library tab and it was properly installed from there? Best regards, Ivan
  11. Hi Billy, There are 4 types of images for each category. Gallery image is the image that is displayed on the category, when it is the subcategory to a category, for example: https://alextestlatest.oscommerce.host/furniture/furniture-catalog When you open the top category Furniture, each subcategory with its square image is displayed there. Hero image is the large image that is displayed on the whole website width at the top over the products, when you open the corresponding category. Homepage image is the square image that is displayed if a category is added to the home page. Menu image is the image for the menu if the menu should display the images next to the category names (as a rule, small images are used). So you need to upload the Gallery square images as the images for subcategories as described above. Also you can upload the Hero images if you want to. If you need the Hero image to be displayed as the small image (so it should not be stretched to the whole website width), in the product listing design you can divide the block, where the image widget is located, into 3 or 4 parts and place your image in one of these parts so it will cover 1/3 or 1/4 part of the whole website width only. Best regards, Ivan
  12. Hi Blaine, There was some issue in the theme that was fixed by our design department in css. Best regards, Ivan
  13. Hi Blaine, This issue has been fixed now. Best regards, Ivan
  14. Hi Blaine, Please choose the productListing display type under the Product Item tab in the Featured Products widget settings. Please see the screenshot below. Best regards, Ivan
  15. Hi Billy, For banners, Category hero and Brand hero images are stretched to all the available width. The dimensions in the settings are used for setting up the proportion between the width and the height. Also if you upload an image that is larger than specified in the settings it will be diminished to the max width and max height. If you need to limit the image according to its width and height it needs to be placed in the block with the limited dimensions. Best regards, Ivan
  16. Hi Blaine, We checked it from our end and as far as we can see it is a different issue. Could you please describe the issue you face in more detail for us to check it further? Best regards, Ivan
  17. Hi Billy, You can set up the image sizes in Settings > Image Settings. Please see the screenshot below. Best regards, Ivan
  18. Hi Blaine, This issue was fixed on Chilion's website so please PM me with the login details to the admin area of your website for us to fix it on your website as well. Best regards, Ivan
  19. Hi Jim, We checked it from our end and as far as we can see everything works as it should. If you fill in the wrong zip code you will see the following error on the checkout page, for example: 111285 The postal code 96171 is invalid for MA United States. So a customer will be alerted accordingly. Please see the screenshot below. If you face something different from your end please provide us with the samples/screenshots. Best regards, Ivan
  20. Hi, I PMed you regarding it. Best regards, Ivan
  21. Hi Mendoh, Please try the solution described in the link below. https://www.oscommerce.com/forums/topic/508432-how-to-upgrade-the-oscommerce-version-41256860-to-4_13_60075/?do=findComment&comment=1842984 Best regards, Ivan
  22. Hi Simon, You can switch the following setting to switch it on for all the products if it was switch off before for the particular product. Please see the screenshot below. It is also possible to switch it on while adding/editing a product. Please see another screenshot below. Also the task should be set up in the cron. Please see another screenshot below. Best regards, Ivan
  23. Hi Simon, There is the PHP option session.gc_maxlifetime https://www.php.net/manual/en/session.configuration.php#ini.session.gc-maxlifetime The session length is set up with its Master value and it is the same for both admin area and the front end. We will change it in the next osCommerce version so it will be possible to set it up separately. For the front end we will leave as it is now (Master value) and for the admin area we will make it as Local value. Best regards, Ivan
  24. Hi Jack, Sorry for misunderstanding (we thought you initially referred to the Error Log Viewer tool). As for the Create Installation tool it is included if you create your website with the osCommerce host, but it is not included in the standalone versions. Besides, at the moment this tool does not include symlink for images. That is why it is necessary to transfer them manually. Best regards, Ivan
  25. Dear Philipe, We do not think it is worth while monitoring each visitor. Saving all this information for an average shop may cause the considerable overload. Besides, most of the "visitors" are bots. You can find the same information in the Google Analytics (real-time report). Besides, there is the report according to the period there and it is more interesting if you look at the traffic source. Best regards, Ivan
