osCommerce 4.07 has been released. Download your own or use "Host with osCommerce" to have it installed on one of our servers for you. Connect to the App Shop: https://wiki.oscommerce.com/index.php?title=Connecting_to_App_Shop 2. Choose the "System Update" tab of the App Shop menu 3. Press the "Update now" button to initiate the update This release comes with a great deal of improvements and big fixes. Interesting addition is customer's text entered via product attributes. Also, it is possible to choose single or multiple sale channels to be created during the installation. We truly appreciate help and support from the members of osCommerce community. Your feedback helps us build a better osCommerce!

Just go to Design and CMS, Themes, edit a theme and choose to customise it. Then choose to edit the CSS in a corresponding tab. Hope this helps.

We would recommend asking the hosting provider to check the configuration. Alternatively you can use osCommerce servers, as is available off the main page of the site oscommerce.com

Bill, thanks a lot for sharing! BTW saw another post of yours reg. the Sale reports. By default there's this Sale Statistics report in osCommerce that offers daily, weekly, monthly sale report - just open its Filters section and change Precision to weekly or any other value you need.
