Well, its not too frequent, in a way it is, but in another way it isn't.. We've had around 140 orders and so far only 4-5 orders have had to be creditted due to this. I was thinking that it might be from the customer double clicking the submit button but with the Payflow Link it directs the customer to Verisign's site to verify the information and submit the final confirmation to process the transaction.. And I believe that their button has a JavaScript function to disable the button after the first click.

Hey all, I'm having a problem with Verisign double charging customers, does anyone know what the cause of this might be? Thanks in advance

I have a client who sells T-shirts and needs to keep track of Quantity by Size.. For example, if you have one shirt with 3 sizes, small, medium, large and you need to keep track of the quantity for each one, 5 small, 10 medium and 15 large shirts available.. Does anyone know of any contribution or a way to do this besides creating seperate products for each size? I've tried to find one in the contributions but haven't had any luck. I could design one my self (I've written a couple of modifications already), but its a lot of work I'd rather not go through if someone knows of a contribution already designed. Thanks

Unfortunately the only solution I found was to write a modification for the code. I decided against this because I didn't have time, as I was working on a contribution for notifying customers by e-mail of new products to categories. I found another contribution that worked much better for my needs, I can't remember the name of it right now, but if you want I can find out what it was and give you the name. -EDIT: Actually, I just noticed one of my previous posts said I gave up and went with Ultra Pics, so thats the name, it works great for my needs :)

I'm having an issue when I place a test order, when its accepted it is set "pending" and when it is declined, it is still set "pending". I need a way to not have it create the order or anything when its declined, just reject it and send it back, no order created in database and no e-mails sent, and I need to find out how when the order is accepted (no errors, not declined) it sets the status to "Processed" in osC. Thanks (need help asap please, have a site that is ready to go online, just waiting for this)

I gave up... I just went with Ultra Pics and am working on customizing it to look similar to Mo Pics, just for what I need any how. Ultra Pics has a much better interface any ways.

Hey all, I recently downloaded and installed the Mo Pics 6 contribution with the navigation through the pics and everything... Its all working great, but the problem I am having is, in the Admin interface when you go to remove extra images, you click the check box and it doesn't do anything, it leaves the image in there.. Does anyone have any ideas how I can fix this? Thanks.
