iI seem to have developed a problem with one of my sites overnight, when i connect to the domain like this i get the cookie usage page http://www.xxxxxxx.co.uk if I connect like this http://www.xxxxxxx.co.uk/index.html all is fine, I have had to change the Default Redirect Page to index.html to deal with this, any ideas? not sure what mean about the whosonline script, it doesnt report the correct url that the user is on, no matter what link i click it says im on cookie_usage.php, ill try the safe mode for the reports.

Hi Mark, been using this mod since the begging, now have a few problems with the reports section, I have ended up with 500 pages of reports, now this has made the db bloat to 26mb after deleting the reports its back down to 6mb, is this normal? Also since adding this mod the whose online section doesn’t work properly, if a user is on index.html it will report they are on cookie_uasge.php, And for custom pages that I have added to the site such as prices.php, if I change the url to htm you get taken to the cookie_uasge.php, now I guess this is because the page isn’t generated from the system, is there anyway around this? I’m using version 1.14 and will upgrade this week to the latest version. any help or sugestions would be great. Danny

ok let me try again, i have installed this mod on 3 other sites with no problems. this is my .htaccess file Options +FollowSymLinks RewriteEngine On RewriteBase / RewriteRule ^(.*).html$ root.php?$1.html&%{QUERY_STRING} this is the error on all pages Line: 2 Char: 1 Error: Syntax error Code: 0 Page: http://www.ironscience.com/index.php?cPath=2 if i take out the .htaccess file the error goes away, but the mod wont work Danny

whats the best way to upgrade from version 1.0 ? reinstall everything? or just upload the newer files? cheers Danny

no when i try to invoke a page .html that isnt there i should get a 404 error, instead i get taken to /cookie_usage.php. when i try to invoke a page .htm that isnt there i do get a 404 error. hope thats clearer Dan
