I like the idea of this contrib as I would like to send custom emails when the order status changes. I have installed it but can't seem to get the template into the comments box! Any ideas?

    [Contribution] Admin Notes

Great contrib that is working fine but I have a table displaying error. When I type comments and update they are not displayed in a table but on their own. Now I realise that this is down to the table layout but I have not been able to copy paste the orders.php onto my file as I have made changes in that section for another contrib. I have spent hours messing around trying to solve this but whislt Ican get the table and texts to move I cant get them displayed in the box. Hopefully someone can have a look at my orders.php and tell me where I am going wrong. This is the section where the comments are added. <td class="main"><table border="1" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="5"> <tr> <td class="smallText" align="center"><b><?php echo TABLE_HEADING_DATE_ADDED; ?></b></td> <td class="smallText" align="center"><b><?php echo TABLE_HEADING_CUSTOMER_NOTIFIED; ?></b></td> <td class="smallText" align="center"><b><?php echo TABLE_HEADING_STATUS; ?></b></td> <td class="smallText" align="center"><b><?php echo TABLE_HEADING_COMMENTS; ?></b></td> </tr> <?php $orders_history_query = tep_db_query("select orders_status_history_id, orders_status_id, date_added, customer_notified, comments from " . OSC 2.2MS2 System Backup

Thanks for the quick reply and suggestion. I can't find the file so it would seem that for some reason it isn't creating a backup even thou the success message is displayed. When I click on system backup the success message is displayed almost instantly yet if I backup using database backup it takes a little while(1-2mins). My site contains a lot of images and therefore the data is large. I am right in thinking that this contrib will backup the database aswell as whatever is contained in the folder which path is set in sysbackup? May be due to the size of data to be backed up this is what is stopping it from happening (Hope that makes sense!)

    OSC 2.2MS2 System Backup

Bob G I have checked with my server host and they state passthru will work on their servers! I have tried kooyan suggestion re file which is shown earlier in the forum and that backsup the database files no problem. Not sure what is stopping it from working but thanx anyway for your help!

    OSC 2.2MS2 System Backup

Bob The path is points to is /home3/wendy/simplyfancydress-www/admin/system_backup Which I believe is the same as already in the sysbackup.php! If my database is large would I get this problem? I have tried to follow the update as suggested by kooyan but have got completely lost!

    OSC 2.2MS2 System Backup

I am also getting the same problems as Misa. I have installed the contrib I get the "Your System Backup is now complete! Remember to FTP the backup to your PC." but cant find any files in the system_backup folder. Here is my sysbackup.php <?php $backupdate = date("Ymd_H-i-s"); //Backup date variable. Replace "Ymd" with //"Ymd_H-i-s" to include the time. $backupdir = "/home3/wendy/simplyfancydress-www/"; //Change to the absolute path to your website $files = "*"; //What file to backup? Use a * to backup all the files //inside the folder entered above. $backupto = "/home3/wendy/simplyfancydress-www/admin/system_backup"; //Change to the absolute path to your /admin/system_backup directory $fileprefix = "bak"; //This is the prefix that will be added before the date: //(bak_20040326.tar) //The underscore _ is added automatically $tararg = "-cf"; //Here goes the tar arguments. I recommend -cf. //c is for compressing. f is for outputting //a file. $bz2arg = "-z9"; //Here goes the bunzip2 arguments. I recommend -z9. //z is for creating a archive //and 9 is for max compression. z is always needed //Call the function backupsus(); function backupsus() { global $backupdate,$backupdir,$backupto, $fileprefix,$tararg,$files; $backupsuscmd = "cd $backupdir; tar $tararg {$fileprefix}_{$backupdate}.tar $files; bunzip2 $bz2arg {$fileprefix}_{$backupdate}.tar; mv {$fileprefix}_{$backupdate}.tar $backupto"; passthru ("$backupsuscmd"); } echo "Your System Backup is now complete! Remember to FTP the backup to your PC."; ?>

    Admin Order Sort

    I have fixed the format problem but am getting the following error. 1064 - You have an error in your SQL syntax near 'limit 0, 12' at line 1 select o.orders_id, o.customers_name, o.payment_method, o.date_purchased, o.last_modified, o.currency, o.currency_value, s.orders_status_name, ot.text as order_total from orders o left join orders_total ot on (o.orders_id = ot.orders_id), orders_status s where o.orders_status = s.orders_status_id and s.language_id = '1' and ot.class = 'ot_total' order by limit 0, 12 This only happens on the first visit to orders page if I use the - or + it is fine of if I re-visit! Any ideas?

    Admin Order Sort

I have install this contrib as it will be very useful however the Title bar layout is out of format with the contents. See below. As you can see the order ID is missing so the order total is above ID column this then causes the date purchased and staus title to also be out. I copied and pasted the new code so I know its not a typo however I guess I have modded the orders.php at sometime which is why this has happened. This is how it looked before mod. Any ideas of sorting this out?

    Recover Cart Sales

I am right in thinking that Recover Cart Sales Contrib will 'catch' carts that a customer abandons mid way i.e. before going to 3rd party payment website? Will it 'catch' orders that are lost when a customer fails to complete the payment website properly.i.e not returning to confirmation page. I have this contrib installed and it works great. If it doesnt 'catch' any orders lost whilst away at 3rd party payment site is there a reliable contrib that will work with Recover Sales? I have tried held orders & order check but seem to get major errors. I am using MS2.2 Many thanks Ian

    OrderCheck v 1.3 Released

Has anybody solved all the errors regarding this contrib? I have installed it and after following suggestions I get the following problems. Fatal error: Unsupported operand types in /home2/wendy/simplyfancydress-www/admin/includes/functions/move_orders_check.php on line 160 When trying to move an order. When this checking for orders I get two showing up in the Order Check Problem Orders. If this contrib isn't compatible with MS2.2 is there a similar one that does? I have tried a few and none seem to work 100%!
