    Paypal Retrieve Live Credentials error

    When I click the Retrieve Live Credentials button I get the following error. It's been like this for weeks. HELP!! I did the same procedure for a friend of mine a few weeks ago. His works fine. Thanks to anyone who can help me resolve this issue. Could not initiate the start account procedure. Please try again in a short while.

    Just loaded Phoenix onto my server. Added Paypal as payment method. It works until I get to the Order Confirmation (checkout_confirmation.php) page. It show the items to be purchased and the order details but no button to continue the process. Help!!

    I have it narrowed down to this div <div class="buttonSet mt-3"> <div class="text-right"> </div></div> It is right below Legal Agreeements. Div is there but no content. Button shows up for COD and Check/Money Order.

    I was able to put my API into in the Manage Your API Credentials form. Seems to be working now. Thanks Heather, thanks Burt. I thought I had to use the 'Retrieve Live Credentials' button to get it working correctly. I was wrong.

    I did it with Phoenix and get this error: Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '?' in /home2/chronicoffender/public_html/includes/application_top.php on line 44
