Talk about add-on... I am using this contribution and it works great. There is one thing I am looking for and perhaps someone has added this on top of the contribution that can share it...? I would like to have handling fee applied for "retailer" but not for other groups such as "wholesale" in the shipping cost. Any ideas, anyone?

Fixing error "1062 - Duplicate entry '1' for key 1". I changed the column 'customers_group_id' from PRIMARY to INDEX in the table 'product_groups' and it seems to work now. I don't know if this is the correct way or if it causes any other problem though...

You also have to modify easypopulate.php. Search for $modelsize and change the value to same as your db.
