  1. I'm using a contribution from "Sandalwood" to add new product fields inot my site. I added the author and binding fields via the code given by sandalwood. I can't seem to get it to show up in admin and I can't seem to get the fields to populate via easy populate. I'm using a test file with 20 products and all nmy "old fields are populating. Anyone habve any experience with that contribution?
  2. I'm trying to upload 2000 products via Easy populate. I see no errors but no products either. When I used "empty" in phpmyadmin did I screw up the products table, product_description table, and products_categorie table.??
  3. I'm trying to upload my product database now that I have installed Easy Populate and it's visible in my admin area. I took some advise and also tried to upload the sample text file to see if it was a simple fix. This is teh warning I got both times I attempted the upload. : Warning: Unable to create '/home/blessed/public_html/catalog/temp/EP1047574328.txt': No such file or directory in /home/blessed/public_html/osCommerce/admin/includes/functions/general.php on line 789 Warning: Unable to move '/tmp/php8pQ9Pr' to '/home/blessed/public_html/catalog/temp/EP1047574328.txt' in /home/blessed/public_html/osCommerce/admin/includes/functions/general.php on line 789 File uploaded. Temporary filename: /tmp/php8pQ9Pr User filename: EP1047574328.txt Size: 439 Warning: file("/home/blessed/public_html/catalog/temp/EP1047574328.txt") - No such file or directory in /home/blessed/public_html/osCommerce/admin/easypopulate.php on line 621 Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /home/blessed/public_html/osCommerce/admin/easypopulate.php on line 625 Upload complete Hope that makes it clear what I'm doing wrong. I am using a Mac and Dreanweaver by the way ..and I'm unsure of how to check or change the permission of teh temp directory.
  4. I just added the ezpopulate code to my admin folder, linked to it and in my admin area I get a HEY ..error on line 26 of the catalogue. I removed the link for now...my question: Is it a temp dir path problem if I can only find TMP1w9xn89riu.php as opposed to simply a file called temp in the catalogue? My hosting service installed osCommerce for me as part of the "deal." I unfortunately understand what chmod777 is, but don't know how to do that and where. Doh! ANyone have a simple explanation if whether my tpm file is indeed my temp file and I just need to change the permissions or not. or if I don't have a temp file at all? Thanks in advance!! Keith R
