  1. Its only sladerous if its not true. YOU stated you were NOT qualifed to work on OSC yet you took the job anyway. Thats unprofessional in anyones book. Except yours it seems. I'm sorry that you can't take constructive criticism. And I might add sad, you feel it necessary to file a complaint because you don't like someones OPINION of your professionalism. Or lack there of.

  2. I do hope you've had a good time congratulating yourself in the forum thread. You're right. We will never agree on what is ethical for I would never go off on such a diatribe against a perfect stranger in a public forum as you have.

I have lodged a formal complaint about your slanderous comments directed at me in the forum.

  3. Hey All  I am installing the contrib now and I am at the part where it asks you to: Yes I changed the paths, I changed it to this: $OutFile = "http://www.tonerjunction.com/feeds/my_text_file_name.txt"; //"CHANGEME-full-path-to-file-with-777-dir-and-file-permissions.fr-outfile.txt"; $destination_file = "my_text_file_name.txt"; //"CHANGEME-filename-to-upload-to-froogle.txt"; $source_file = $OutFile; $imageURL = 'http://www.tonerjunction.com/images/'; $productURL = 'http://www.tonerjunction.com/product_info.php?products_id='; $already_sent = array(); When I do that I get this error for step "a" and a for step 'b" Anyone have an idea what's wrong? I can post my froogle.php if needed
  4. I might be wrong, but I thought I saw in one of the earier posts something about it not being compatible with some of the payment modules, but I'm not sure. :-" It could have been in another post for another contrib  Look through the posts to be sure
  5. I had several issues with this contrib as well. The confirmation email that you are supposed to receive as the store owner i could not get to work. So I had to make a work around. In your admin control panel in My Store you have to remove the decription and the < > around the email addresses in the "send extra order emails" box. like this... Bobby<[email protected]> change to [email protected] But there is still a drawback to this... You can only have one email address if you try to put more than one, none of them will work. You can However get past that by using your email address in the "send extra order emails" box, then go into your email control panel and forward the email to as many email addresses as you want. This to has a down side.... All the emails that have been forwarded will have a FROM: "Your Clients Email Address" instead of your email address. In my opinion this contrib solves one problem and gives you three more. I don't know why the contib writer would put his own code in for sending emails when OSC already has this function. Hope this helps :P
  6. OK did a liitle more testing and changing and here is what I found... I am still not getting the email that is supposed to be sent to me as a store owner, but I have 2 emails in the "Send Extra Order Emails to" field. if I remove one of them, the one that still remains gets the email, if I put the one I removed back in like this: [email protected], [email protected] Neither of them get an email. So looks like there are 2 issues.... the first is why am I not getting the store owner emails? And second, what to do to have 2 different emails in the "Send Extra Order Emails to" field and have them both get an email? Any Ideas?

  8. Already did that, but still nothing  I even changed the "Email From" the same way and I changed "E-Mail Transport Method" from send mail to smtp, with still no result. It has to be something in the code that sends the emails, it doesn;t make sence that the customer gets their emails just fine but I don't recieve anything
  9. Like I said before in my previous post, if I uninstall the contrib everything works fine, all emails are sent and recieved, but when the contrib is installed I get these issues. can you atleast direct me to the file in your contrib that takes over the sending of the emails?
  10. OK, this is weird. I just deleted the catalog/admin/invoice.php file off my server and ran an order through. The order email that was sent to the customer was the same as the one before I deleted the file. Isn't that file supposed to format the invoice and tell it what to display??
  11. MrRim, Made the changes you suggested but it still looks the same as before  Any other ideas?
  12. Fixed the photo thing, thanks  But I still don't receive my order emails when I use the contrib. If I install the box_invoice.php I get this error as an email sent to the client and I still don;t get an order email. Warning: main(includes/modules/email_invoice/templates/box_invoice.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /hsphere/local/group-1/home/ksaun/tonerjunction.com/catalog/includes/modules/email_invoice/email_invoice.php on line 39 Warning: main(includes/modules/email_invoice/templates/box_invoice.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /hsphere/local/group-1/home/ksaun/tonerjunction.com/catalog/includes/modules/email_invoice/email_invoice.php on line 39 Warning: main(): Failed opening 'includes/modules/email_invoice/templates/box_invoice.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/lib/php') in /hsphere/local/group-1/home/ksaun/tonerjunction.com/catalog/includes/modules/email_invoice/email_invoice.php on line 39 I also downloaded version 1.0 like you suggested but I have no idea where to start making the changes to get rid of the extra item cost and totals Can you give me some direction on these issues?
  13. Like the contrib alot, but I have some problems that just appeared after I installed it. 1. The client is recieving their order confirmation emails just fine but I am not recieving any orders at all in my email. 2. After the customer finishes the order and they get the "Your Order Has Been Processed" screen. When they click on the Continue button a Security info box pops up saying "This page contains both secure and nonsecure items. Do you want to display the nonsecure items?" That didn't happen before! 3. In the invoice that is being sent to the customer, it has the price listed 4 times, how do I get rid of the 2 I don't need? Here is what it looks like: What are all these ( Price (ex) Price (inc) Total (ex) Total (inc) )for anyway? All I want is Products, Model# Price Each, Total. So It looks like this: Is that possible?
