Hello guys, when I try to use negotiated rates using my account number on UPS, I get the appropriate discount. However, on my website, I do not. I actually get "Please input valid zip code" in the box when I have this NOT commented out:

However, if I have it commented out, it allows me to choose a shipping method, but it's always $8.99.. which is wrong. I get the feeling I'm not supposed to have it commented out, but I really don't know what to do at this point.
