Mr De Leon
I received an email with the subject line "osCommerce - update of email software".
I have been using osCommerce since before 2000 and have NEVER received any emails from osCommerce, it's staff, etc. There is nothing showing in the store's Administration Tool so I am of the opinion that it is spam.
Is it Spam? No I am not running osCommerce 4. My vsn is v2.3.4.1 CE

Please note that Harald is no longer involved with osCommerce. It is now under new management, and they are scheduled to release their new version V4 sometime this year.
I too received this email. The link in the email to 'confirm your email address' points to a website at: sendibm4.com. This *could* be a legitimate site, but I suspect that someone has harvested the forum's email list, and is trying to gathering additional data from us.
Stay Safe!

Ajax City Autocomplete can work in Oscommerce v2.2?
-
While not answering you question, may I say that osC v2.2 is *very* old, is not responsive (for use with phones, etc), and will likely crash when your host upgrades their version of PHP. I would suggest that rather than trying to add this feature to your old site, your time might be better spent upgrading your site to the new 'Phoenix' Community Edition version of osC.

Hi Malcolm, I read that you have updated the Horizontal Category Menu BS to work with Phoenix… are you going to upload the files? It is really something needed.
Thanks in advance

So, here's what I have been working on ... it's still very much a work-in-process ...
This is before I moved the menu scripts to Header Tags, but it does show how the menu(s) work (both in XS mode, and LG mode).
Oh, and if I may ask, can you try the search box? I'm having people report issues with different browsers. Search for the words: totoro, cheshire, and bullfrog.

I had asked Lambros @Tsimi if he was going to update this, and he said no.
I had to not only tweak things to make it work under Phoenix, but I also felt it necessary to address some jQuery errors that came from loading the scripts early on the page. I *think* I have that resolved now.
So, if I can find the time to polish what I've done (ie: update the installation instructions, etc), I *may* upload these.
