I installed the UPS XML add on with no issues. I was able to get shipping quotes on the fly. Once I installed the dimensional support I started receiving errors. First, it takes nearly a full minute to load the checkout_shipping page (never had issues before - and all of the other pages on site load instantaneously). Also, once the page finally loads it does not generate any shipping quotes. Please see the attached screenshot for details.

I had successfully installed the first part of this add on with no problems. I now made the modifications so that dimensional support would work, but am coming across errors. Could someone please help me?

What is the best UPS shipping add on that will allow me to link to my UPS account and generate real time shipping quotes?

I installed this and everything appears correctly. However, the discount shows up as a line item in the order total page, but the discount is not actually applied. See the attached screenshot. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Hello - I just installed this add on, but I'm having an issue with the coupon code being applied to PayPal. For instance, when I order 3 items and input a coupon code for $15 off it marks two of the items down to $0.08 and then the 3rd item costs jumps up to $170, instead of $20. So the order total ends up being the same, and the individual item prices are messed up. Could you help me fix this? Also, is there a way to apply/offer coupon codes for people who immediately click on the PayPal express checkout button from the shopping cart? Thanks!

How do I get this contribution to work with the osCommerce PayPal integration? It simply shoots me right over to the PayPal page without giving me the option to apply any discount coupons. Thanks

Hello - I installed XSell successfully a week ago. Since then, I've added new products to my store, but the XSell section has not updated. It still only shows 40 products (out of 80). How can I fix this? Thank you!

Nope. Still displaying tax based on the original amount. Is there something within the Order Total admin that I should be editing?

That did the trick! I've tested it with Authorize.net and everything seems to work smoothly. Two additional questions I have: Shouldn't the tax be discounted as well? It's still showing the original tax amount. I did the PayPal updates but it still isn't applying the coupon code to PayPal. Are there common mistakes I can check for? I'm getting the following error message after installation. When I log in to the administrative end and select 'Catalog' then 'Discount Coupons' I receive this error: Not Found The requested URL /buzz/FILENAME_DISCOUNT_COUPONS was not found on this server. Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. Could you help me??

I'm trying to set up Authorize.net (AIM) within my new OSCommerce site. It keeps returning the error 'There has been an error processing your credit card. Please try again and if problems persist, please try another payment method.' I was able to log in to Authorize.net and check and there were no transactions showing. What osCommerce settings for authorize.net do I need to troubleshoot? I just doublechecked the API login ID and I reset the transaction key and MD5 hash. What else should I look for?
