  1. Final update: Int'l rates are working, and removed error message. Is this an OK thing to leave for now? Leaving the error turned off, doesn't mean the error is fixed... Will that affect anything down the road? TIA, Brett
  2. Also, I'm not returning rates for international shipping.
  3. Everything seems to be working except I am still getting the following error: Warning: Value is not properly chunk encoded in /home/XXXXX/public_html/shop/includes/modules/shipping/usps.php on line 649 Other than that, the module seems to be correctly calculating rates United States Postal Service 5 lbs, 0 oz Priority Mail™ $21.20 Priority Mail Express™ $56.50 Can I just get someone to help that one final error please? Then I will be all set, and thank you all very much! Brett
  4. Thank you for the updated link, I will try this install and let you know if it works. Brett
  5. Hello Jim, I’m trying to figure out what’s going wrong when I install your USPS shipping module found here: http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/topic/383307-usps-rate-v4-intl-rate-v2-official-support-thread/page__st__560#entry1676958 Every time that I install and configure the module, I get the following error on my checkout_shipping.php page: Warning: simplexml_load_string() [function.simplexml-load-string]: Entity: line 1: parser error : String not closed expecting " or ' in /home/XXXXX/public_html/shop/includes/modules/shipping/usps.php on line 312 Warning: simplexml_load_string() [function.simplexml-load-string]: <?xml version="1.0",encoding="UTF-8"?> in /home/XXXXX/public_html/shop/includes/modules/shipping/usps.php on line 312 Warning: simplexml_load_string() [function.simplexml-load-string]: ^ in /home/XXXXX/public_html/shop/includes/modules/shipping/usps.php on line 312 Warning: simplexml_load_string() [function.simplexml-load-string]: Entity: line 1: parser error : Blank needed here in /home/XXXXX/public_html/shop/includes/modules/shipping/usps.php on line 312 Warning: simplexml_load_string() [function.simplexml-load-string]: <?xml version="1.0",encoding="UTF-8"?> in /home/XXXXX/public_html/shop/includes/modules/shipping/usps.php on line 312 Warning: simplexml_load_string() [function.simplexml-load-string]: ^ in /home/XXXXX/public_html/shop/includes/modules/shipping/usps.php on line 312 Warning: simplexml_load_string() [function.simplexml-load-string]: Entity: line 1: parser error : parsing XML declaration: '?>' expected in /home/XXXXX/public_html/shop/includes/modules/shipping/usps.php on line 312 Warning: simplexml_load_string() [function.simplexml-load-string]: <?xml version="1.0",encoding="UTF-8"?> in /home/XXXXX/public_html/shop/includes/modules/shipping/usps.php on line 312 Warning: simplexml_load_string() [function.simplexml-load-string]: ^ in /home/XXXXX/public_html/shop/includes/modules/shipping/usps.php on line 312 Do you have any idea how to fix these? I am completely stuck. Thank you in advance, Brett
  6. Hey! So everyone just ingored my simple question and moved on to their own topics. Please help!
  7. I am posting this here because I saw more discussion about it here than anywhere else. :) I want to set up the USPS Shipping Labels Add-on and don't know where to start. There seems to be no documentation on which version to use, whether or not it still works, and how to install it. I was hoping some of you could lend some insight because I am not as pro as everyone on here. thanks, Brett Edit: Used this entire thread to get the USPS Shipping module to work correctly, and I've tested it quite a bit with perfect results. Using osCommerce Online Merchant v2.3.1
  8. Thank you for your reply Jim. That being said, how am I going to get an order processed and shipped if my shipping module is rejecting the zip? Thanks, Brett Edit: Also, How is it that when I search his address on Google it gives me the same zip as what you're saying is for Bethesda MD?
  9. Hello, I am receiving a PHP error_log message that is showing the following: UPSXML Rates Error: 111285: The postal code 20816 is invalid for VA United States. experienced by customer with id xxx on 2013-04-06 17:02:34 The error showed 3 times with the same user, in a matter of minutes. The customer never contacted us, so I'm not sure the outcome of his problem. I've gone and looked up 20816 in Virginia, and cross-matched it to his address. Both of which are actual valid postal codes for VA. I am not sure how I can add that, to avoid this error in the future. Thanks in Advance, Brett
