I have BTS installed but the faq page does not link to the bookmarks from each topic so I thought best way around it would be to reinstall the files but I can't find them. Can any help ?

I don't know if this helps anyone but I've been trying to install this contribution on a new install for days now and gave up after not being able to get the shipping options to show. However now I've reinstated the default shipping options and on testing the Per item option, whatever I place as the Handling Fee it ignores the decimals so if I put 0.75 it adds ?1.00 if I put ?1.50 it adds ?2.00. If anyone can get Uk shipping to work please tell me how as I have 3 sites I want to use it on.
