it'll only show shipping methods that are available, so yes you first need to set up your shipping modules. hope that helps :)

best advice is to read the support topic if its a Add On , or search the forum here, should be a link where you downloaded it or plenty of posts if searched :) iv read many topics over 100 pages, 99% of time the answers are there in the support topics. the 1% of time answer is not there and its then best to post in the support topic, howver if no help after few days then post the issues. there is good help here, but first you must help your self by exhausting all your reading capacity all the best im sure you'll fix it or with help of the great memebers here it'll be fixed ;)

hi @@raiwa thanks for your efforts in helping, it was only seeing the post you made above and looking at the package you just uploaded that confirmed exactly what i needed to acheive. all is running now, i just extracted the files from the rar, rather than extracting the whole rar, worked :) @@Roaddoctor no problem its ok we all make mistakes sometimes, yes you are correct to many characters. least its an easy fix. Guys id like to say a big thank you to both of you, you make this open source possible :) what on earth we'd do without you helping, not have the contribution for a start. or not get it configured properly. hats off to both of you.

Hi @@Rainer in the Contribution support package, those files dont exist, i have checked , i can only find one file catalog/includes/modules/ultimate_seo_urls5/includes/usu_general_functions.php that comes from the Ultimate Seo package, again the rest of above files dont exist in either package. these files are in deed missing. catalog/includes/modules/ultimate_seo_urls5/page_modules/mobile_catalogue.php catalog/includes/modules/ultimate_seo_urls5/page_modules/mobile_product_info.php catalog/includes/modules/ultimate_seo_urls5/page_modules/mobile_product_reviews.php cant find them even on a fresh download, rather strange. cheers my site is http://VWPartsInternational.com

also just to add, i have added the contribution support for this and ULTIMATE Seo Urls 5 ( r205 ) iv followed it to the letter, but im still getting url like,, mobile_product_info.php?products_id=117 i know the seo module is working correctly as i get product_name urls on classic theme again any ideas ? many thanks

@@raiwa ok so i was testing on the laptop prior to now. just tested on my iphone and mobile site not showing or loading. using iphone it takes me to www.mysite.com/mobile_ that gives me a 404 Not Found page. but i can access it no probs on the laptop. any ideas why this is ? many thanks

they turned off all the rules i had enabled , all access is granted, just on that one file it wont allow me to complete to update section

@@14steve14 i have browsed the add ons, and cant see anything of use, would it be easy to duplicate the parcelforce module, change the allowed iso country codes and rates etc ? if so roughly how would i go about this ? ie what exact files would need duplicating ? many thanks

well the contribution was deemed a php injection atack by my host/server. had to remove the rule, just to gain access. even with the rule turned off. it still gives me no permission message as above. iv checked permissions on the file and it ok, so no idea why i cant update the config iv uninstalled it for now until some answers :) many thanks in advance

have installed this on 2.3.1 i get to the configure page and click update, its then given me a 'No access permitted to this document' and seems to have crashed/ barred me not only from the site but the server also. cant even access via ftp to reverse this contribution. any ideas on this ? help please :(

ok iv sussed the above, parcelforce only has the valid iso GB, making it only visable to uk as my package is over 2kg , it cant go via airmail, so i think im needing to expand the reach of parcelforce module. heres my settings for parcelforce Valid ISO Country Codes GB Parcelforce48 Rates 2:9.67,5:10.5,10:12.75,15:17.83,20:22.75,25:31.58,30:35,35:40,40:45,45:50,50:55,55:60,60:65,65:70,70:75,75:80,80:85,85:90,90:95,95:100,100:105 so is there any way i can clone this as another zone ? in a nutshell i need to offer delivery worldwide , packages could be up to 30kg, and looking at parcelforce site would cost about £200 how do i best go about adding further zones or adding true worldwide shipping for all zones and weights many thanks

@@14steve14 i have checked settings and all modules are set to true as in enabled. furthermore this is how they are set. airmail is set to max weight of 2kgs and max value of £46 parcelforce is set to max weight of 100kgs. and max value of 2450 if i place a 1kg item in cart, then i can select airmail or parcelforce. if i add a item of 4kg, im not getting any parcelforce48 , i have set up all the zones and tariffs as per the last prices update. im baffled on this one. all appears to work, apart from larger items going abroard.

ok update, it seems heavy items are not bringing up any shipping options, but light items are. i have set up all modules to allow for heavy items upto 120kgs infact with parcelforce48 , items are only 4kg so not sure why this is
