    Protx VSP Direct - MS2.2 Support

    Hi Jason Using the Protx Direct Module, I noticed only the Error Message Title is being captured and output to the page. The actual error message itself from the string in the URL is not being captured. Any ideas on how to fix this ?     Hi I have multisore running and want to display my product listings in columns.... has anybody done this yet>??? I know there is a contribution for product listing in columns but it doesnt work with multistore, i think its down to the page split result page but im still trying to work that out... any ideas would be great mark

    Hi Jason I have protx direct installed and ive noticed some problems when customers input either wrong card details or forget to fill out a form field. There are error messages for wrong card number but not for all the fields. I do get the error in the url however and can see this from 'who's online' option in admin panel. Do you know how to capture these errors from the url and output as an error message to the customer on the payment page? thanks mark

    Hi Frank Thanks for your prompt reply. Im using the lastest contribution of 25th sept. Confirmation code is present in email i think i have the correct code for random value generator confirmation password is in url also updated Db to reflect as radder says about all customers account create=Y any ideas? regards mark

    Hi Frank Great contribution. I've been following this forum intensly and got everything to work so far other than.... link from email for non account holder linking to account_password_new.php - user enters password and confirms to create account. i get the following error... Your Current Password did not match the password in our records. Please try again. im using with hobbs multistore and sts contribs, works great so far. any ideas on the above? thanks mark

    Hi Jason After working with protx since last year and solving my original cURL problem i decided to install your newly updated protx contribution. Great updates by the way but ive been seeing some errors when customer are hitting the checkout process page. I believe customers are getting confused as to fields they need to fill depending on which card they are using. Now i know this contrib isnt about user interfacing but i think if an update could be made where each field is incorrectly filled or not filled at all the customer receives an error message. I know this exsits for some fields but not all. I will try and work on this myself over the next few days but im wondering if youve thought about this at all? cheers Mark

    Hi Ryan Great contribution and seems to be working on the catalog side for both sites. However when i go into admin/configuration/store name and change the name of the store it seems to change the name on both of my stores for whichever one i choose from the top right drop down. This also seems to be the case in the configuration/multistores section - the data here doesnt seem to reflect what's in the database for both store configuration tables. I have check the STORE_ID of both stores and the configuration tables and they are linked... any ideas??? kind regards me
