Chris can you help me to get my fedex module to work right ( do i put it in /public_html/includes/languages/english/modules) also (/public_html/includes/modules/shipping)

I have looked around for a payment module that will work with Fedex shipping Module does anyone have one out there?

I have installed this work's ok but I have a error with line 129 in the program how and can this be Fixed
