  1. Hmmm I’ve been gradually working through, it does seem a lot more stable now but I’ve still yet to go live. So far core stuff seems to work but there are bugs. Most things seem to get fixed and there are many more features than before, but yes I share some frustration too. I think as a community effort it’s best to try and help so improvements can benefit all. Lorraine
  2. I’ve been told that Upsell/Crossell module was possibly included/free to start with (database entries etc.), but is now not. If using cleaner can just delete apps that were free, the question is could this happen to all apps? Lorraine
  3. Okay so using an update for account system from the team, the Order History Info is now stacking great in mobile view - SOLVED! The Order History overlap has improved slightly in mobile but still some overlap. I hope this can be fixed too. Great so far ...
  4. This functionality is now fully working in the updated Customer Modules. Lorraine
  5. Okay, So the new Customer Modules 1.0.1 works great! I updated, uninstalled, reinstalled then cleared the cache. The great thing about this is that if you override the Payment Options and don't select a payment it does not allow checkout, which is ideal. Great module, working as expected. Lorraine
  6. Hello, I set up a test product collection with two items. PROBLEM: Where is it? I went to each product listing: NOTHING I added both to shopping cart: NOTHING I looked in menu: NOTHING I looked in Theme: NOTHING Where is it, how and where does it show? Lorraine
  7. Can some one help? I have uninstalled and reinstalled Customer Modules, set to True in extensions but there are no entries in Customers?!!! In the database entries for Cross and Upsell exist but the module has gone! Are these the reason: I used cleaner in My Library to tidy things up. I can’t understand why it should remove a working module: Upsell and Cross Sell I disabled and deleted all other sales channels except Watch which I have copied and use as a main/default channel. It’s very strange … How do I restore the function of these two modules? Lorraine
  8. Hello, I been totally driven mad trying to use the responsive design to try and correct the appearance of the above. I have exhausted it and NOTHING has changed doooohh! Can someone help? Order History: The Reorder and View buttons cover the other details, the details will not display properly in mobile view, desktop view okay. Order History Info: Remains 1/4-3/4 view no matter what in mobile so it is difficult to see, why does this not stack as above? How to stack? No matter how many settings I play with it NEVER changes ... Please help only an issue on MOBILE view. Thank you, Lorraine
  9. Okay so according to the documentation Customer Modules is supposed to allow bespoke payment and shipping options per customer. I have this installed but no options are showing? I removed then reinstalled, still no difference. How do I make this work? If I can turn off all payment modules per customer then that would be ideal to solve the problem. There are no options, there is a tab in Customer for the Sales channel but it is non functional. Please help, Lorraine
  10. Actually I have thought of a way to do this: Create a new group where access is restricted and add to that group. The shopping cart access can be disable etc. I think! If anyone has a better way please advise. Lorraine
  11. Is it possible to allow a customer full access to browse and add items to the shopping cart but block them from checking out? I’d like to switch checkout on/off for certain customers. Thank you, Lorraine

  14. I have set the low order fee as above because I need it for the majority of products on the website. However I have a free software download (TRIAL) the problem is the low order fee is universal. This means that even though the software download is free the low order fee gets added regardless. It would be great if zero price switched off low order fee. However I'm stuck! Any ideas appreciated. So software download price is zero and shipping is zero BUT the low order fee keeps getting added! Doooh! Thank you, Lorraine

  17. Can’t find the above, I hope the payment method will allow a customer to checkout for free when trying software trial. At the moment although cost is zero, low order fee keeps getting added on. Can’t there be a setting if price zero allow free checkout? Thanks, Lorraine

  19. Okay, Thanks to the expertise of Sai from Worldpay it was identified that the payment password response was missing. This was corrected and solved. Then it was identified that because I am currently protecting the website behind a firewall that the Worldpay callback was getting blocked. I released the firewall and GUESS WHAT! The callback worked and the order went into the database and the shopping cart emptied!!!!! A total success! All I need now is possible help setting the MD5 secret. Anyone know the exact parameters to put into the signature field? Hooorrayyy! Lorraine

  21. After looking through old Worldpay and Oscommerce posts on the forum I have altered the TEST worldpay settings and am now getting a failed callback email from Worldpay. I have forwarded this to them and hopefully await their advice on a possible fix ... Doooh! If anyone has Worldpay working and calling back can you help? Thanks, Lorraine
  22. Hello, Can someone please help? Have you got the rbsWorldpay callback to work? Currently I can go to the Worldpay payment page, put in a test card, get the success as above and get an order email with a tmp ID and no products and no callback at all. Going round in circles trying to make this work can someone enlighten me please? The main problem seems to be that there is no website callback so the shopping remains full and no order inserted and no success page .. Please can someone with a successful setup please advise. I'm happy to do the shopper URL if that works ... SOOOOO frustrating! Thanks in advance, Lorraine
