  1. Oh, also, shipping should only be free to the country we choose (eg. the country we're in). So free shipping on selected products, only to the UK.
  2. Well how do people offer free shipping on products then? How can I do it? There's gotta be a way. Hmmm... if anyone else knows of anything do let me know :)
  3. Hey Burt. Thanks for the great pointer. Is there currently no addon or solution that can do this or something similar currently? Cheers
  4. Hi Bart. Sorry about that, guess I got a little exited! I currently charge a flat rate shipping fee. Haven't configured any shipping by price/weight etc. I'd rather not use that workaround (that's if it still works on v2.3+) about giving fee shipping on products with 0 weight (as I am adding other products with 0 weight that will need shipping fees), but worst case scenario I will have to. In regards to modules, if you're talking about shipping modules then none. Is that enough info? If you want I can PM you my store URL :) Hate to be cheeky buddy but do you mind taking a look at this also: http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/topic/376326-how-to-sort-product-listings-on-category-view-in-ascending-order-by-price/ I'm more than willing to give you a little cash for your troubles as a goodwill gesture :)
  5. I can't edit the post above so here goes. Let me explain a little better. I want an addon that lets you assign an item as free shipping. If a free shipping order is mixed with paid shipping orders, then the flat rate should still apply. How do I go about doing this? Again, other modifications (wether hacks or actual addons) all seem to be outdated.
  6. Hi. Basically what I want is to offer free shipping on certain products. How would I go about doing this? I see that there are addons for 'individual shipping prices', however: - They are all out of date - Perhaps if I use this plugin they will have multiple shipping costs all in the same basket (what im saying is, combined shipping I want to be free). So yeah I don't mean to confuse the issue by what I wrote above (just wrote it to show I'm not being lazy) so let me ask my question again: How can I offer free shipping on selected products? all help is greatly appreciated! thanks :)
  7. Thanks very much for your reply kymation. I have indeed changed the skin. I haven't deleted the default theme (redmond). How do I get the admin skin back up and working? PS. I don';t see this admin theme switcher.
  8. I too have this exact same issue. It may/may not have been due to me adding a custom theme. Frontend = fine backend = messed up (as per screenshot) as someone else has mentioned this maybe it's a common problem with a common fix any help would be greatly appreciated! :)
  9. Hi Everyone. Sorry for my nooby question, but I need some help. How do I configure this plugin to do the following: - Categories: http://www.example.com/category-title instead of: http://www.example.com/index.php?cPath=22 - Products: http://www.example.com/category-title/product-title instead of: http://www.example.com/product_info.php?cPath=22&products_id=30 I already have the plugin installed. Can this plugin do this, or do I need to try and find another solution? Any help is greatly appreciated :)
  10. 2 Questions. 1. How do I order the Featured Products listing by Price Ascending? (Feature suggestion for future: Custom order in admin would be great) 2. How can I style the Featured Products table to look like the one used on category listing pages (as well as other places on the site) ? (eg. http://demo.oscommerce.com/index.php?cPath=3_14 ---> the table in the middle. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated. Thanks! :)
