  1. Ok up and running again. But checking the boxes didn't work. On the Page Control, I checked the cats, products, manufacturers under 'defalt tags-english', then hit 'update'..nothing happened.
  2. That might be it. I thought those were only to be used if you were using default descriptions (filling in the lines above those checkboxes). I can't tell atm because I'm down with a 500 error....didn't think I'd get a response here so quickly, so I went and installed sitemaps seo v1.8...i just noticed that's not compatible with urls 5.0...oops. I'll get back to you on this after I uninstall one of the 2.
  3. sorry to double post, but the edit time ran out. here are errors, they happen when fill tags with description/keyword override set to 'yes' Failed to load page from shop: http://www.mysite.com/product_info.php?products_id=30&language=en Failed to load page from shop: http://www.mysite.com/product_info.php?products_id=29&language=en
  4. Hi there, I think i need some help. I may very well be doing something wrong, but idk. When I go to page source, only my index page (which I manually filled in page control) has description/keywords filled..every other page they are blank like so: <meta name="Description" content="" > <meta name="Keywords" content="" > On 'fill tags' page, if I tick "fill all tags' and click update, and then go to an individual product in the admin, the meta tag values (title tag, description tag, keyword tag) all get changed to just the 'product's name'....but still blank in page source. I only have 2 products atm while testing. On one attempt at updating the tags, I noticed 2 pink error messages up top, something along the lines of couldn't find the language page for english (only language I'm using). This entire store is a copy of another store I created where the tags work fine...when I installed it, I added the osc install folder back and used new config files, then after install, updated the db for each individual contributions..don't know if that would help in troubleshooting. OSC 2.3 store, header tags version 3.2.5 Any idea of where to look is appreciated. Thanks
  5. Sorry to bump an old post, but just wanted to say thanks. I added ssl and was getting the 500 error on the admin panel. Putting the correct doc root into the admin config was the solution.
  6. Hi, thanks for this contribution, it's terrific. I have one slight little issue that's driving me batty...my buttons for 'cart content' 'checkout' 'my account' have all disappeared and are now just text links (see pic). If I use the firefox tool, they'll show up when I browse different calendar themes, but when I download and install one, they are still missing like in the pic, no matter what theme I use. At first they were showing up fine when the default redmond was selected, so being the cool guy that I am, I thought I'd trick the system by renaming and replacing my custom images in the redmond images folder with mine.. but they dissapeared now on redmond. I even replaced all the redmond images back just as they were in the contribuion zip but they still don't show up anymore lol. 2.3.1 store, current version of the contribution, no other mods installed. Thanks
  7. I solved my problems with the quick help of the kind people over at Cocard which I guess is also NMI. There is a module for NMI in the contributions section, but it is outdated so don't bother. They use the "Authorize.net AIM" module as an emulator. It currently comes standard in the default OSC vanilla store. You will have to install this module through the control panel (module>payments) BUT FIRST you will have to make an edit to authorizenet_cc_aim.php (catalog>includes>modules>payment), to the POST address. catalog>includes>modules>payment>authorizenet_cc_aim.php find around line 173 switch (MODULE_PAYMENT_AUTHORIZENET_CC_AIM_TRANSACTION_SERVER) { case 'Live': $gateway_url = 'https://secure.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll'; break; default: $gateway_url = 'https://test.authorize.net/gateway/transact.dll'; break; } and change to switch (MODULE_PAYMENT_AUTHORIZENET_CC_AIM_TRANSACTION_SERVER) { case 'Live': $gateway_url = 'https://secure.nmi.com/gateway/transact.dll'; break; default: $gateway_url = 'https://secure.nmi.com/gateway/transact.dll'; break; } then upload/replace this file and instll the module in the admin section. You can use the following credentials for testing of submitting transactions: API ID is your gateway username = (testing user is "demo") Transaction Key is your gateway password = (testing password is "password") and use your 'real' Cocard/NMI credetials for when you are live. I left the field "HD5 hash" empty. All is working great now. Hope this helps.
  8. Hi Spencer. Did you ever find a solution for this company? When I sign into their site portal, it is basically suggesting that I can either have my customers go to their site for checkout, or that I will likely be storing CC numbers on my site. Neither of which are going to happen.
  9. Hi, this is a GREAT contribution! Thanks to the folks keeping it up! How hard would it be to add a simple checkbox in the product creation page (admin/cats I guess) that if checked would kill this module from appearing in the checkout process when that particular item is in the cart? Say it would be checked by default, but creating an item where flat rate shipping applies, you can just uncheck the box. Then if customer purchases all flat rate items within the weight limit, great, they get offered flat rate shipping, but if just one items does not qualify, they don't get the option.
  10. Don't know cheepnis, but thanx for posting so I'm not guilty of a triple post! My problems are solved. Turns out the error was in relation to the article manager mod...I didn't have any articles written yet. Off hand, in my journey to find an answer, a simple google search of the term "Warning: aPage_Modules::stripPathToLastNumber:" led me to a wide number of online shops who, for whatever reason, have the same error in various places and are likely unaware. It made me think of how somebody intent on attacking e commerce sites can easily find targets by using common syntex and other errors as a lead...just proves you have to be on top of your game. Thanks to FWR Media and others who have made this great tool possible.
  11. Sorry to double post...and excuse me for being a dim witted boy..but I wasn't reading the provided htaccess file correctly as it relates to changing "RewriteBase /" into "RewriteBase /shop/". I then added it to the /shop/ directory and (in the admin) changed the URL setting to "Rewrite" and, sure enough, my links are now working. I am still, however, getting the 'abstract/page_modules.php error on line 313". I did a little more searching and found the recommendation to check all edits. I have done so and they 'seem' to be ok. Also, this particular modded shop is an exact carbon copy of another shop I am working on that is running seo urls 5 perfectly fine, the only difference is that the original is stored in the main root folder of the site. I used the exact same files, but replaced the original config files and install folder for the first run.
  12. Hi. First time, long time! First I'll apologize in advance..I have searched throughout this thread and tried different things...I know the answer is here, but I just haven't found it yet. I have a wordpress site in my root directory that also has it's own url re-writer and an htaccess file to go with it. My new OSC shop (version 2.3.1) has been installed in a subfolder...http://www.mysite.com/shop. I am using godaddy. My problem is that the URLs for the shop are being generated (when I place the mouse over the product, I see the new friendly url), but when I click on them, I get a page not found. I am also getting the following error: I'm not sure if I need a separate htaccess file for the /shop/ folder but I've tried using the one that came with the package (made the edits, not sure if correctly though), and got a server 500 error. Or should the htaccess in the root work for the whole site? Thanks in avance for any ideas, and here is my root level htaccess code: # SetEnvIf User-Agent ".*MSIE.*" \ # nokeepalive ssl-unclean-shutdown \ # downgrade-1.0 force-response-1.0 # </IfDefine> #</IfModule> # If Search Engine Friendly URLs do not work, try enabling the # following Apache configuration parameter # AcceptPathInfo On # Fix certain PHP values # (commented out by default to prevent errors occuring on certain # servers) # php_value session.use_trans_sid 0 # php_value register_globals 1 Options +FollowSymLinks RewriteEngine On RewriteBase / RewriteRule ^(.*)-p-(.*).html$ product_info.php?products_id=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} RewriteRule ^(.*)-c-(.*).html$ index.php?cPath=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} RewriteRule ^(.*)-m-([0-9]+).html$ index.php?manufacturers_id=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} RewriteRule ^(.*)-pi-([0-9]+).html$ popup_image.php?pID=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} RewriteRule ^(.*)-t-([0-9]+).html$ articles.php?tPath=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} RewriteRule ^(.*)-a-([0-9]+).html$ article_info.php?articles_id=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} RewriteRule ^(.*)-au-(.*).html$ articles.php?authors_id=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} RewriteRule ^(.*)-pr-([0-9]+).html$ product_reviews.php?products_id=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} RewriteRule ^(.*)-pri-([0-9]+).html$ product_reviews_info.php?products_id=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} RewriteRule ^(.*)-i-([0-9]+).html$ information.php?info_id=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} RewriteRule ^(.*)-links-(.*).html$ links.php?lPath=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} RewriteRule ^(.*)-pm-([0-9]+).html$ info_pages.php?pages_id=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} RewriteRule ^(.*)-by-(.*).html$ all-products.php?fl=$2&%{QUERY_STRING} # ban spam bots RewriteEngine on RewriteCond %{HTTP_USER_AGENT} ^Indy*Library [OR] [i EDITED OUT THIS PART TO KEEP IT SHORT..JUST A BUNCH OF ANTI SPAM BOT CODES} RewriteRule ^.* - [F,L] RewriteCond %{HTTP_REFERER} ^http://www.blahblah.com$ RewriteRule !^http://[^/.]\.blahblah.com.* - [F,L] <FilesMatch "\.(inc|tpl|h|ihtml|sql|ini|conf|class|bin|spd|theme|module|exe)$"> deny from all </FilesMatch> <Files ~ "^\.ht"> Order allow, deny Deny from all Satisfy All </Files> <Files ~ "includes\configure.php$"> deny from all </Files> <Files site> ForceType application/x-httpd-php </Files>
