Actually a slight problem, I get this for the cart optin at the top. HEADER_TITLE_CART_CONTENTS HEADER_TITLE_CHECKOUT HEADER_TITLE_MY_ACCOUNT

Hi, I installed the 2.3 version, have changed all the files, 777 the 2 folders that was needed to be 777 and I can not see anything in the admin panel to enable this. Where is it? AM I blind?
