Jim, Thank you. I want to verify it is not my settings causing my issues since I have unsuccessfully tried many themes. Can you point out one free download theme that will make enough dramatic changes that I can see a good amount of change and verify it is working properly? I don't know which one's actually work so I don't know if the issue is my setup or the theme on my 2.3.3 site.

I must have an issue with my JS because I cannot see any of the theme, it's all missing/transparent. Just words. I need my images thumbnails to be larger. They work with several other templates, but not this setup so I just need to modify the width of the store. It sits in the middle of the screen skinny rather than opening up to the edges and allowing the thumbs to be larger like they are in other templates. The Issue, is whichever part is controlling the store tables. I tried CSS stylesheet and it did not affect the restrictive centering of the store.

I have STS 4.6 on RC2.2 and I have tried to use the included templates, but all of them are making a scroll bar in the middle of my site rather than stretching the width out. I do NOT want the scroll bar as seen below: The bar is there because my images are 125% width over stock images in the middle preview section,therefore making the center scroll between the left and right columns. I've looked in my css files and I just don't seem to be able to fix the issue. Again, this is the stock template "freeoscommerce060" (or any other template) that is included with the 4.6 STS download preloaded. Please help me to set my store to stretch to full screen width and eliminate the scroll bar in the middle. I've searched and searched and looked through the CSS and I just don't seem to be able to make it respond.

I used this to change all my folders to 755 and my files to 644. I didn't notice for a few hours I had a "warning: able to write to the config file" at the top of the store so hopefully everything is all good. I changed it to 0444. My question is, what other files do not need to be writeable and need to be changed from 644 to 444?

After searching for 2 hours I'm just going to ask............ In the admin panel where you re installing the STS modules when you get to INDEX you have an install button on the right. I click it and nothing happens. It acts like it doesn't understand me at all. it just stays the way it is. It does flash the url "install & action....." as if it attempts t install, but the url bar is all that changes and it returns to it's current url.

ah nuts. I did something....... UPDATE, after reloading the patch files I might have gotten it working. I'll have to update you soon.

The patches I applied worked great, but I still have one issue...... I cannot get into my admin panel without the same error as original (about it being turned off). The patches did not say anything specific about this issue in the read me and I don't seem to be getting a clear fix in searching. My site is working perfectly, just the admin panel URL fails to the globals off error. The patch I used from the download section had a third folder that was different from the Richard Bentley patch files that only have two main folders. Both have admin and catalog folders, but this one has an install folder also. I do not see that on my database, so nowhere to put it that I know of. Cliffs: Everything works great after the patch except the admin url. Cannot get into my admin panel. Goes to the globals off error.

From what customers told me in the beginning (i've never tried it) paying through paypal should give them a link to come back to the store and confirm the order (final confirmation) and it will save it. Well, after my customers go to paypal, they do not get an option to come back, and therefore no order confirmation. This has been going on for more than a year now and i am tired of telling them to use money order as the option and make a note of why. :-" It's the only way it will confirm the order for some. Others (occasionally) find a way to confirm the order somehow apperantly. Is there a fix for confirming before you go to paypal?
