I am having trouble adding an x-sell item to the cart when its not a cross sell. It will add to the cart from the cross sell area, but when going directly to that items product info page, it will not add to the cart. Clicking the add to cart button on product_info.php does nothing. This button works on other items that are not associated with cross sells. Also, when the x-sell item is added to the cart, its attributes are listed as Array instead of the attribute description. Any suggestions?? Pam

:lol: I figured out my mistake!! Silly me, I placed the admin english.php file into my catalog english.php file!!! Your suggestion to check my english.php file lead me in the right direction. Thanks soooooo much!!!! Pam

Hi Matti, Thanks for the quick response. I checked both the english.php file and the index.php file and both are fine. I am completely stumped!

Matti, I am really hoping you can help me with my problem. I have almost sucessfully installed Master Products along with Price Break, Cross sell and Option Type feature. I am not getting any errors but in my catalog, all of my category headers and box headers are messed up. They are displaying the default code instead of the actual titles. Hi Doris! I was able to get rid of that error and now have another issue. I have installed several contributions and have messed some things up. Its so confusing as to which files I've messed up! My current problem is with the cross-sell contribution. I keep getting a 1062 duplicate error when trying to add a cross-sell item in the admin area. Another problem I am having is that all of my box header titles are not displaying properly....they are instead displaying the default header code names...here is an example: http://www.pcswebstudios.com/catalog Any insight you may have would be appreciated! Sorry about that! I fixed that problem, now I cannot access the admin area...I get this error: Warning: mysql_connect(): Access denied for user: '[email protected]' (Using password: YES) in /www/w/writeplace/htdocs/catalog/control/includes/functions/database.php on line 19 Unable to connect to database server! I have checked and rechecked the configure.php files but just cant seem to find the error! Any suggestions?

Since installing the option type feature, my page links are messed up! dir_ws_http_ is appending to the url's and the /'s are missing. Here is the site url so you can see what is happening. Thanks!
