  1. Are you using PayPal Express or any other PayPal module? You say the error occurs "where the call back to the shopping cart".

    If you are, run a search on the paypal module for function cmp()

    I have to wonder now if that was not used in that module. If so, that is the problem, two different modules using the same function call for two different functions.

    Just my guess at the moment, as I do not know what modules you have installed.

    As for useing FedEx Real Time Quotes. That will only work for a short time, FedEx will be phasing out all of the old API support next year.

    Yes I am running Paypal Express also. I have not seen anything regarding this error when searching. I tried to rename the function to something other than cmp(), but it just gives me the same error with the new name I created.

    Thanks for the heads up regarding the Real Time Quotes. That one actually stopped working for me b/c I moved the project to the production server and now I'm getting a different error. I'll try this contrib on the new server and see if I get the same function error.

  2. Line 225 starts here:

    function cmp($a, $B) {
      if ($a['cost'] == $b['cost']) {
     return 0;
      }
      return ($a['cost'] < $b['cost']) ? -1 : 1;
     }

     usort($methods, 'cmp');

    I tested and turns out that this error only occurs when using Paypal Express payment module with it. After the users selects shipping, they are sent to paypal to log in. This error shows up when paypal sends them back to checkout.

  3. Anyone getting this error?

    I'm using Paypal Express as the payment module, I go through and confirm my paypal information and this comes up after clicking continue.

    Ok looks like my problem above is limited to using Paypal Express module. When the user is sent to paypal to log in, then they are sent back to the checkout, the error occurs. Any ideas?

  4. Anyone getting this error?

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare cmp() (previously declared in /includes/modules/shipping/fedexwebservices.php:225) in /includes/modules/shipping/fedexwebservices.php on line 225

  5. Hi Nancy,

    I'm trying to do this too. I've poked around and it looks like I need to edit the catalog/includes/modules/better_together_promo.php file. Looks as if there is a global function called get_products_image that would need to be edited. Can't find where that variable is though.

    FOUND IT!!!

    Line 152 of catalog/includes/modules/better_together_promo.php

    Change

    return tep_image(DIR_WS_IMAGES . $product['products_image'], tep_get_products_name($product_id), $width, $height);

    To:

    return tep_image(DIR_WS_IMAGES . $product['products_image'], tep_get_products_name($product_id), x, x);

    x being the number you want to set it to.

  6. How would I go about editing the image sizes that appear on this page? I'd like them all a uniform size of 150 x 150

    Thanks :)

  7. Actually this is a separate issue. I was able to install the module, but it still is not showing up on the order confirmation page. It does show up on the correct product info pages though. I'm going to retrace my steps and see if I missed anything, but just wanted to know if you knew of anything off hand?

    ...and I'm just plain silly. I was expecting the product to automatically add to the cart when the linked product was purchased. Sorry. My misunderstanding. It IS REALLY WORKING now.

    Thanks for your hard work on this contrib.

  8. Looks like you got it working per your update to the other thread:

  9. Hi I installed your module, but when I go to activate it in the Admin panel I get

    Warning: include(/catalog/includes/languages/english/modules/order_total/better_together.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /catalog/admin/modules.php on line 129

    Warning: include() [function.include]: Failed opening '/catalog/includes/languages/english/modules/order_total/better_together.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/php5/lib/php') in /catalog/admin/modules.php on line 129

    Fatal error: Class 'osC_OrderTotal' not found in /catalog/includes/modules/order_total/better_together.php on line 98

    I've looked over it a bunch a times and I've installed everything from the package. Is there something I'm doing wrong?

    I'm using OSC version 2.3.1

  10. There's no such file in Version 1.3, which is the latest one I support. You're on your own with any of the "later" versions.

    Regards

    Jim

    Ok, thanks. I just downloaded 1.3 and I'm attempting to modify catalog/admin/includes/boxes/catalog.php but it looks like the structure is different than specified in the installation instructions. The install.txt says to look for this:

    '<a href="' . tep_href_link(FILENAME_PRODUCTS_EXPECTED, '', 'NONSSL') . '" class="menuBoxContentLink">' . BOX_CATALOG_PRODUCTS_EXPECTED . '</a>';

    But that is not found, I only have this:

    array(
           'code' => FILENAME_PRODUCTS_EXPECTED,
           'title' => BOX_CATALOG_PRODUCTS_EXPECTED,
           'link' => tep_href_link(FILENAME_PRODUCTS_EXPECTED)
         )

    Any suggestions? Could I simply skip this step?

  11. Nevermind I got it!

    VERY IMPORTANT STEP!!!

    Uninstall the module (click "-remove" in the admin panel) and then re-install it after you get moved to the production server by USPS. You'll need to re-enter the user id and password they gave you.

    Now mine works like a charm. Thanks folks!

  12. Hey I got rid of that last error and asked USPS to move me ot the production server.

    Thanks for your hep everyone!!

    Tony

    I've gotten USPS to move me to the production server and I still get the socket error. Any ideas?
