I am really finding it difficult to get the "Support v1d" contribution to work, 90% most of it does work but I get an error when the ticket is initially entered (it is accepted by the data base and viewable by the person that entered it if you hit the back button), as well the person entering the ticket is not notified by email as he/she should. I suspect that fixing the email bug will make the 'server error' shown below go away. This is a great contribution but again, all the reading that I have done indicates that this contribution may not have been completely de-bugged. Now, I have contacted the oshelpers.com and did get a price to fix, but they are very limited in description of what they would fix and their phone number is not disconnected. Does anyone know if these guys are on the up and up? I am willing to pay someone for a little help in sorting this problem out. I am having the same problem with V1d, that it doesn't send an email out to the customer that entered the support ticket (see server error). The system faults out on that action when a new ticket is submitted. All other functions happen including database and emails to the admins but the customer see's an error screen upon entry and does not receive email notification. This I think would be an easy fix for someone that developed it in the first place so I hope you can help. This is from the server log file. Also, have there been any additional updates to this program in the last while? It looks great so far but I am concerned about setting up a cron after this is all said and done.... I am using the CCGV5.56 contribution and it is working great from all the testing that I have put it through so far, I am making up 'discount' coupon codes for special customers that can be used on every purchase and are based on 'percentages' of the gross purchase. The problem I have is that the percentage is also applied to the shipping cost when this is not desired. Is there a way to leave the shipping as a stand alone number such that it is not reduced by the discount percentage? Is there something that you have to do to get the basic shipping module working from the on-set? I can not seem to get is working and am not sure what to try next? All I get (once enabled) is "An error occured with the UPS shipping calculations. Contact the store owner if you need help...." Tried changing the various settings without any improvement.

I have loaded the 'Table Rate' contribion that allows multiple rate tables based on 2-3 day, overnight, ect. I have also loaded the 'Table Percentage' contribution. Both work great but I need to mix the funtionality of both. What I need now is the option to use these tables as a percentage instead of a fix price or to add additional rate tables to the percentage version. Has someone done this already?

Can someone help? I have a shipping pattern where 'pickup' orders need to be charged 2.5% and 'shipped' orders 'anywhere in Ontario' need to be charged 4%. I tried with the attributes and shipping modules but none seem to allow 'percentages'... Is there a module or easy fix for this? Thank you in advance to anyone that can answer this one.

When I click on the new "Polls" Option in the Adminstrator, I get this error after installing 2.2 and the bug fixes right after that? The wedsite works fine otherwise... When a discount is applied it shows up like this (this was a test sale). Sub-Total: $9 Flat Rate (Best Way): $1 FL TAX 7.0%: $1 Total: $11 Discount Coupons:XXXXX: $-3 Is there a way to have the total show the expected $8 charge?

Loaded the Vouchers/Coupons module 5.16. It did come with a Paypal update and now I see an error when running the checkout_payment.php page Paypal MODULE_PAYMENT_PAYPAL_CC_TEXT MODULE_PAYMENT_PAYPAL_CC_DESCRIPTION MODULE_PAYMENT_PAYPAL_CC_URL_TEXT Does anyone have any idea of what this error is?
