  1. @@blieznis - Thanks for the investigation and feedback. We have posted an updated module that fixes the following: - Email is now being sent when the IPN is received from PayPal - Fixed stock issue - Fixed cart not being cleared on osCommerce 2.2 - Fixed order status We apologise for inconvenience caused, and totally appreciate the contribution from real-world users such as yourselves, which we hope will result in a better solution overall. No excuses for not trapping specific cases, but hopefully with your help, we can get any issues ironed out sooner rather than later. Thanks, Tin
  2. Hi, An update module has been uploaded that addresses the iFrame scrollbar and missing confirmation emails. We have not been able to replicate the missing orders or stock updates, so any additional information would be appreciated. Thanks, Tin
  3. Hi guys, Sincere apologies - I was expecting email notifications for when new posts came in, and haven't been manually checking as much as I should have been. @lysonperf - you have actually pointed out perhaps the main outstanding feature that currently doesn't existed in the Pro Hosted Solution - recurring payments (where PayPal automatically debits buyers based on a scheduled that you define) hasn't been built in yet - but it's in the pipeline. Please PM me your specific situation and use cases, and I will refer this to the appropriate people to see what we can get moving. @@cheapo - I'm afraid that I'm not familiar with CRELoaded - but in terms of the actual PayPal product, I don't see why this cannot be harnessed. You can anaylse the code in the official module deliverable to see if it can be adapted easily. @@rtuk - please PM me with more specific details about your setup and issues - including the version of osC you're using, what files you have customised, and more specific elaboration on each of your "problems". @@Bordersbloke - as for rtuk, can you please provide details on your osC deployment, and also please confirm which browser(s) you have mainly tested with it (I'm thinking that it's Safari?). Thanks, Tin
  4. Hello all, PayPal UK are pleased to announce the release of the Official module for the PCI-Compliant solution Website Payments Pro Hosted Solution. The module can be downloaded here, and instructions are provided in the bundled readme. http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/8481 The module is primarily aimed for existing PayPal/Payflow Pro users who wish to switch to a PCI-Compliant card processing solution - but it's also for anyone wishing to switch from an existing card processing solution. Please post any comments, feedback or challenges with this module in this thread, and we will aim to follow up as soon as we can. Thanks, Tin
  5. Hi, Sincere apologies to all who have been waiting for assistance. For some reason, my notifications weren't coming through for the past few posts. @SASSYSARAH and SPHINX767 - The general installation process involves copying (and overwriting) the files in each of the directories (as opposed to just copying over and replacing the directories and their contents). If any of your codebase has been customised, then you will need to go through the files, and manually add in the PayPal-specific changes. I appreciate that this is a painstaking process, and far from ideal, but we are still working with our developers to figure out the best way forward. There doesn't seem to be a way to do this via the configuration, but you can force this behaviour by adding a line of code in the file: catalog/ext/modules/payment/paypal/express.php Go down to approximately line 372 of this file (I am going by the 180 release), and add the following code: $params['ADDRESSOVERRIDE'] = '1'; Are you referring to the big yellow "Checkout with PayPal" button? If so, the buyer will be returned BACK to your store after they have clicked "Continue" from the PayPal page. At this point, it should show a confirmation screen, where the buyer can change addresses etc. Thanks, Tin
  6. dcrider1 - thank you for persistence with this, and apologise for the trouble that it is causing you. We are trying to work on a way to communicate how to implement the changes on customised carts, but this is proving quite tricky at the moment, so I'm afraid that I don't actually have a quick answer for you. In regards to the error you're getting - the appication_top.php is not from our distribution, and I can't find anything obvious in the "stock" file - can you please confirm what might on lines 50 and 69 of the file that you are using? Pinball - are you using the 180 distribution of the update? Thanks, Tin
  7. Hi Danny, Apologies for the delayed response. I am just consulting with with our deployment team, and I will hopefully be in a better position to advise you soon. Thanks, Tin
  8. Hi Ben, Apologies for the delayed response. In a manner of speaking, yes, the 181 LITE module will fix things in 180, which will allow you to use 3D-Secure with PayPal for direct card payments - this applies to ALL cards, but at the moment, Maestro is the only mandatory card. You can still accept Maestro via the PayPal Express Checkout and Standard flows, without worrying about 3D Secure. In regards to AMEX - UK PayPal Pro currently does NOT support AMEX for direct card payments, but it IS possible to pay with AMEX via the PayPal EC and Standard flows. aftabn10 - we are working on some better documentation and a generally easier installation method, so please bear with us. Thanks, Tin
  9. Hi Ben, The module that you linked to is the latest code for direct credit processing (via PayPal) only - it basically contains some fixes to the previous "full" module release. It does not make any changes to Express Checkout. You don't need a Cardinal Commerce account unless you wish to use 3D Secure Authentication (which is mandatory for Maestro processing). You also don't need this module unless you have a PayPal "Pro" account, and wish to process direct card payments. Thanks, Tin
  10. Hi Rob, Apologies for the delayed response. Can you please confirm what kind of base you have been working of? I.e. did you have the full 180 (or previous) modules deployed before attempting the 181 LITE install? Thanks, Tin
  11. Jonnoa - we have not discovered any issue with our modules that will affect the final price of the transaction. Can you please verify that you have configured your shipping module properly? There may also be a configuration issue affecting your 3D-Secure experience as well, so please double check your settings. As a general update, please download and install the 181 "LITE" package, which contains fixes for some known issues with the recently implemented 3D-Secure Authentication mechanism. You can find this module here: http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/7280 Thanks, Tin
  12. Hi Jonnoa, Sorry to hear of your problems. We are aware of some issues with the 3D-Secure authentication code within the 180 module, and I am just doing some final sanity checks before I release a new 181 modules, which I aim to be some time today. I have not come across the issue with the shipping charge before, so this is something that I will need to investigate - I'll provide an update in due course. Thanks, Tin
  13. Hi Matt, Thanks for the update. Just to be clear - are you saying that the SOLO card is going fine, as long as it is selected as a "SOLO" card type? Cheers, Tin
  14. Hi Matt, Apologies for the delayed response, and thank you for the additional information. Your issue is known, and we are currently working on an urgent update to the module. Also, just for general knowledge, "Solo" is separate to "Maestro"/"Switch", so the issue that you are experiencing is related to SOLO cards ONLY. Maestro/Switch cards should not be affected by the same issue. Hopefully I will be in a position to upload a new module update soon - I will keep you posted. Apologies for the inconvenience caused in the meantime. Thanks, Tin
  15. Hi Matt, I will take a look at this, but can you please clarify on a few points for me: 1) When you say that it "works" for Visa and Mastercard, is that for cards that are both ENROLLED (i.e. you do the redirect to the popup) and NOT ENROLLED? 2) When you get the error for Maestro, again, is that for an ENROLLED or NOT ENROLLED card? Thanks, Tin
