    Online Ticket Sales

I need to be able to do online ticket sales. It would be best if the tickets could be numbered and possibly barcoded so the customer could print them out but keep down counterfeit or duplicate tickets. Can this be done? I have done customization to oscommerce and CRE loaded though that was about a year or two back. I found a product online based on osCommerce called osComres that does this but it does not seem to have much of a support forum and the availability of customized templates seems to not exist nor is there any information on customizing them. . I would much prefer to use osCommerce due to the awesome support community and availability of customized templates. My customer had another company lined up to do this but they flaked out on him and now his event is in less than a month and he has comercials starting to air this monday so I have got myself into a bit of a crunch. Thanks in advance for any help.
  2. I set mine to 777 but I think 755 would do. I dont see the little green upload buttons on yours. You should not have to edit the netpbm files. Are you sure all files made it onto your server?
  3. I recently got this contrib working on my site and it is beautiful! Yes it does support the uploading and resizing of images, even gifs. This along with all the other functionality makes this one of if not the best contrib that I know of. Make sure you set all the permissions correctly. Make sure you have the right netpbm files (click here to download) for your server and that the permissions are set to allow the scripts to execute. Great Job and many thanks to the author.
  4. My bad, I did not chmod the netpbm files to 755, so that the scripts can execute, seems to be working now. Except for gif's. I get this. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thank you, great contrib!!!
  5. OK, I got the contrib loaded on a clean install of OSC MS 2.2. The html bit works great, the pic upload just gives me "file whatever.jpg could not be resized"(lister.php) and does not upload the image at all. If I change the resize settings to exactly the same as the photo I am uploading (which defeats my purpose for adding this contrib) then it uploads no problem. I think there is a problem with the netpbm, but I cant seem to locate it. I made sure I had the right version. Any help would be greatly appreciated. PS, Great Contrib, cant wait to get it up and running.

    [Contribution] Image Resize v1.5

Not yet, my brother is working on it. He is trying to either fix it, find another mod that will work for us, or if the first two options fail he will build a mod to do it. Either way I will post the results here. Thanks for the tip, that will help in the mean time.

    [Contribution] Image Resize v1.5

are the thumbs and "small images" supposed to be the same? I dont get any errors, but the "small pic" shows up for the thumb and pop up big image also. I have tried the suggestions in this thread to no avail. One other thing that seems odd, even though the files in images_big are chmod to 777 when I try to delete them I get permission denied. Any clues, I think this mod will be great if I can just get the bugs out on my end. Others have it working, so I know I must be missing something. Thank you to the contributer.

    Easy Populate Problem

I have debuged so many bugs that I am not sure about that one, but I think my temp directory was either in the wrong place or did not have the permissions set correctly. Sorry, I should have posted the fix right when I found it.

    Purchase Order Number

Yes on the invoice, but no on the packing slip. That could be fixed though, if someone needed it. The mod is ready http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,1880

    Purchase Order Number

My brother and I created a mod based on the Purchase Order Mod by Oleby. We added a radio button to the admin section where you would edit customer information so that the admin can toggle the customers ability to see or use the PO# payment method on and off on a per customer basis. We reduced the fields to just PO# because the Company name and Account number are already captured since this is a per customer switch. As soon as time allows we will package it up and post it to the contribs.

    Easy Populate Problem

I had the same problem, I believe it to be an error in the original downloaded code, because I dont remember messing with this file. At any rate, here is the fix. Open easypopulate.php and go to line 659, it reads echo FILENAME ': ' . $localfile . "<br>"; but it should read echo FILENAME . ': ' . $localfile . "<br>"; Just add a space then . after "echo FILENAME" and it seems to clear that problem up. I am now having another problem for which I am searching for an answer to, when I try to upload a file I get these errors. If anyone knows of a cure I would appreciate it very much. Thanks.
  14. I found the Purchase order Number contrib, but it seems to be an all customers enabled or no customers enabled. Am I right about that? If so, does anyone know of a contrib or mod of somesort to allow me to give certain customers the ability to buy with PO and restrict others to the point of them not seeing the option? I left MIVA after years with it due to expense and restictions but I have to have this ability for my customer base. Any help for an OSCOM newbie would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
