  1. I dig it! Have a great weekend.

    Cheers,

  2. Hey, everybody! It's been a while. I am very impressed by the further development seen here. So, I plan on setting my guitar down and do some tinkering again... Well, after the Austin City Limits Festival!
  3. I will contact Innovative on Monday and find out what they want me to do. Re-vamping that module is top on my open-source list. I'll keep you posted and will remain available in the interim. Cheers, willross * Currently, the CVV2 module is for testing. I would remove it and install the other version instead.
  4. nat8100 You are stating that the "box" is too wide. By how much? The width is relative to the template. If you are using huge category names, but only want the default 125 width; you are kidding yourself. Clarify your request. This is a simple contribution. I am not your php or osC teacher. By downloading this store, you are expected to attempt to learn how to use and customize it. Think of it as a new job with lots of on-the-job experience. Not just a free shop with endless free support. So, don't install 100's of "contributions" and expect smooth sailing. Make mistakes and learn. If this is time sensitive and for a paying client (even yourself), you should have bought a store instead of relying on a free one.
  5. OK. What version are you using. Please be specific. If you choose to show product counts, then the place you need to look is here: Line 80 in Standard v2.1 $categories_string .= ' (' . $products_in_category . ')'; There should be no way to wrap that. If so, use the old "nowrap" in the <td> or even older "<nobr>".
  6. jchi18 Change the background color from #eeeeee; to what matches your store: background-color: #eeeeee; I was just showing you the style and where it was used. kabuca Does the current CRE have this feature in their 'categories.php'? If so, I should be able to move it over to this one.
  7. kabuca There are a few contributions out there that do this. Pick one and I'll integrate it.
  8. jchi18 Change these and you will be all set. From the installation text: /*change the menu hover color below*/ #thecategories a:hover { background-color: #eeeeee; color: #000000; } Line 107 in 'categories.php (CSS Edition)': $categories_string = '<div id="thecategories">';
  9. stevel I'll look through the raw logs and see. The latter was just another observation while writing the previous post. I didn't know if it was worthy of a new thread, so at least it can be found with a content search. Thanks.
  10. stevel I noticed that the agent of a bot can change during an indexing. Have you seen this? Here is an example: Host: 66.249.65.232 Http Code: 200 Date: Jan 10 20:50:20 Http Version: HTTP/1.1 Size in Bytes: 32959 Referer: - Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (compatible; Googlebot/2.1; +http://www.google.com/bot.html) Host: 66.249.65.232 Http Code: 302 Date: Jan 10 20:53:08 Http Version: HTTP/1.1 Size in Bytes: 5 Referer: - Agent: Mediapartners-Google/2.1 Sometimes they drop the "Agent" too and I only see it as: Host:??crawl-66-249-65-232.googlebot.com Any ideas? Also, on another subject, I noticed a hacker-type visit my store from a rather peculiar source. This person used Google and searched for: inurl:"php?shop=" site:us Then hit the site adding variables to urls like: ../../../../../../../../../../../../../etc/passwd Nothing seemes to have happened, but in the "View Visitors" contribution, only this guy's IP address fails to pop-up and view pages visited. The IP of the hacker is: 85.159.40.1
  11. khoking At around line 88 you should see this: $categories_string .= ' (' . $products_in_category . ')'; The ' ' is a non-breaking space. You can make adjustments here.
  12. tonyh I did not fully design that one. infobroker did a great job by implementing colors. I will take a look and see what I can find out.
  13. FixItPete You are not using Great Categories. Please download the latest "Standard" release, if interested.
  14. RobD Nice. I haven't had enough time to follow-up on the CSS version, but I will.
  15. skenagle It can be done with divisions or nested tables. When I get some time, I will implement that somehow. Good looking idea.
