I got mine working but i still can't get it to accept a weight less than 1 pound.
here is how i got mine working...first i had the USPS switch me over to the live server and then i installed an older usps.php file and to my surprise it worked.
here is a copy of the usps.php file i used (make sure to make a back up of your current file before replacing it)
