  1. Chris, Thank you, I'll have a go with the airmail over the weekend and see how I get on. I thought there was probably a good reason why no module seems to include the ability to be configured the way I described, like life, things are never as simple as they seem. It wasn't in any way a criticism of your work, this is the first shipping module I've tried that I've been happy with and its obvious that you've put a lot of work into this so thanks again.
  2. This is without a doubt the best Uk shipping module I've come across so far ... and as said before, the support has been second to non - thank you for all your hard work. i'm going to be a bit cheeky and ask a couple of questions. The first is with regards to multiple packages. Is there any way to get the various options to take into account insurance the way they do weight when calculating multiple packages. For example i sell a lot of small items that are just below the £39 mark ... when a customer picks two and the value goes over £39 pound, although they are well within the weight limitations the first class option disappears. Could it be set up so that if the value of a shipping option reached the insurance limit, it would simply start a second parcel and show a price based on the two, as it does with weight? or should it already do that and I'm doing something wrong? My second question relates to oversees options. I like the Int signed for package but i would also like to have standard airmail as i often ship small, light items below the £39 mark - how easy would it be to add this? Again thanks for all your sterling efforts so far.
  3. The answer to all your woes is here http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/index.php?sho...00#entry1395747
  4. Excellent fixed my totals problem - really pleased as this is the shipping add on I've been looking for for a long time. Well done!! Just two things - I still get the error "Warning: constant() [function.constant]: Couldn't find constant MODULE_SHIPPING_RMINTSIG_COMPENSATION_0 in W:\www\mystore\includes\modules\shipping\rmintsig.php on line 68" in my admin area. I think I've tracked it down to line 49 of rmintsig.php .... should the 0 not be !0 if you have a UK only based shop? The other thing was having to put a large weight in the shipping tables to prevent you ending up with no shipping options if a customer does a big order - I take it that if I was bothered to work it out I could just make my own table rates that allowed for starting another packet / parcel? Theres no reason that wouldn't work is there?
  5. Ditto with this problem .... Warning: constant() [function.constant]: Couldn't find constant MODULE_SHIPPING_RMINTSIG_COMPENSATION_1 in C:\Domains\get-crocs.com\wwwroot\includes\modules\shipping\rmintsig.php on line 67 Also have the nutty prices when I reach the final order confirmation page.
  6. Came on here for some help but with 39 pages worth and over 700 posts its pretty obvious what I should do - scrap the damn thing  I take my hat off to anybody who puts in the time and effort to do a contribution for the benefit of all .... but I wish they would put in less effort with the flash and more into the working .... its a shame because this had promise but I don't think this particular contribution will ever be reliable in a UK shop will it?
  7. I found this contribution by accident and thought it was the answer to my prayers but unfortunately just can't get it to work for some reason. i have two infoboxes I need to "turn off" in SSL which have javascript feeds in them and try as I might I ncan't get rid of the security warnings in SSL and still keep them working. The code in both boxes is similar (I've posted one below) could you show me where to place the code to make them disappear in SSL so I can see if I'm being a numbskull. Any help would be appreciated. <?php /* $Id: blog.php 1739 2007-12-20 00:52:16Z hpdl $ osCommerce, Open Source E-Commerce Solutions http://www.oscommerce.com Copyright © 2003 osCommerce Released under the GNU General Public License */ ?> <!-- blog //--> <tr> <td> <?php $info_box_contents = array(); $info_box_contents[] = array('align' => 'left', 'text' => BOX_HEADING_BLOG); new infoBoxHeading($info_box_contents, false, false); $info_box_contents = array(); $info_box_contents[] = array('align' => 'left', 'text' => '<script src="http://feeds.feedburner.com/ASeaAnglersNotebook?format=sigpro&excerptLength=12" type="text/javascript" ></script><noscript><p>Subscribe to RSS headline updates from: <a href="http://feeds.feedburner.com/ASeaAnglersNotebook"></a><br/>Powered by FeedBurner</p> </noscript>' ); new infoBox($info_box_contents); ?> </td> </tr> <!-- blog_eof //-->
