  1. Yes, I am using the updated jquery.fancybox.js file from your Simple Multi Image Add-on V 1.2. Tried the "centeronscroll" set to false and still have the resizing. Searching the fancy box forums finds other threads about this issue, but no real ideas except the ones I've tried already. One thread did mention this about IE resizing- "it's not really a fancybox problem ... it's the old boxmodel problem of IE". Wondering if this could be the issue <_< . I'll post if I see a solution or you see something else to try? Thanks again Spooks for responding!
  2. Thanks again for responding Spooks! I must have a conflict somewhere else?....set 'imageScale': to false & am still seeing the issue on IE (both 7&8) only. On FF a pic 300px X 300px outputs the same in Fancy Pics. In IE the same pic outputs at 262px X 247px! At least it's not totally random - it consisting resizes every image - 38px width, and - 53 px length. My settings- $.fn.fancybox.defaults = { padding : 0, imageScale : false, zoomOpacity : false, zoomSpeedIn : 0, zoomSpeedOut : 0, zoomSpeedChange : 300, easingIn : 'swing', easingOut : 'swing', easingChange : 'swing', frameWidth : 425, frameHeight : 355, overlayShow : true, overlayOpacity : 0.3, hideOnContentClick : true, centerOnScroll : true, itemArray : [], callbackOnStart : null, callbackOnShow : null, callbackOnClose : null }; $(document).ready(function() { $.fn.fancybox.build(); }); })(jQuery); - Everything else is looking, working great.
  3. I recently uninstalled "on the Fly thumbnailer", and installed osCthumb because of the FancyBox popups showing a pixilated and rezied image. Still seeing the same issue with FancyPics BUT only in IE, in FireFox the pics look great. I've already added the "fixes" for the IE8 showing a blank popup/black borders. Has anyone seen this issue? Doing a search on Google shows other sites having the same problem with IE/Fancy box showing degraded pics, but have seen a solution.
  4. Thank you Spooks! Thought that was most likely the issue - I've also previously had "On the Fly thumbnailer" cause a conflict with another contribution. At this point I will uninstall "On the Fly" and either install "OsCthumb" or make my own thumbnails. Didn't realize it at the time but I did install your "Simple Multi Image Add-on (Un-Limited) with Fancy Popups" before I installed Multiple Images and was having problems with the Fancy popup pictures then. Now I'm sure it was "on the Fly" conflicting there too. I'll revisit "Simple Multi Image Add-on (Un-Limited) with Fancy Popups" once I get "on the fly" uninstalled. Thanks for both contributions!Very Nice
  5. Hi, I've had "On the Fly Auto Thumbnailer with GD library" installed on my store for awhile, and recently installed "Multiple Images with Products". Then installed "Fancy Pics- Fancy Image Popups" - Which works great except my enlarged pics are not as smooth as with the standard javascript popup. The enlarged pics with the Fancy box effect are more pixilated and appear to be randomly sized (???)- not the image sizes I have saved - the path it's pulling from should be a sized, sharp pic. Question - does On the Fly Thumbnailer work with this contribution? I like the Fancy Box effect - just not the images I'm seeing. Thanks for any information!
  6. Scott, I think the conflict I'm having with the status 2 setting in live support.php and the status image is with the On_the_fly Auto Thumbnailer 2.4 mod I have installed. I believe I read on the dayana phponline forum that someone had an issue with this at one time, but thought it was fixed in a later version. But the "no_image.jpg" that appears in the live support info box ( when set to status 2 in livesupport.php) is the default image with the on_the_fly thumbnailer mod. And it's being pulled from my "/images folder instead of my "phponline/images folder as it should. Until I figure out how to correct that I'm sticking with the status 1 flash image setting that works beautifully. I read recently that customers are more likely to use a live chat system than use a 800 toll free line you might have listed on your site. So, thanks again for the contribution and support thread.
  7. Well, I must have a conflict somewhere. I renamed the online.jpg in my phponline/images folder as no_image.jpg. Doesn't show. Then I placed the renamed image in my "/images folder and it shows in my live support info box. Doesn't signal online/offline status of course, but it shows. Still not correct...
  8. Thanks for your help Scott. I do have the online/offline jpgs uploaded to my phponline/images folder. When I check the properties of the missing jpg. it's being pulled from the "images folder. I've tried loading the pictures into "/images folder and also "phponline/images. Neither works. The image is pulled from the statusimage.php correct?
  9. Hello Scott! This live support mod works beautifully! Thanks for the contribution! Even managed to match the client chat box to my website with photoshop! I'm using the status indicater 1= flash based in my info box at the moment. I would prefer to use the image based indicator, but cannot get the offline/online jpgs to show. Instead, I getting the "no Image".jpg when I change the status indicator to "2" in the live_support.php. I've checked- the jpgs are uploaded to the image folder... in fact the same folder the "no image.jpg" is pulling from ......I'm missing something here??? Thanks for any advice!
