The point is input in all of customers' orders when this symptom occurs and data is not input to TABLE_CUSTOMERS_POINTS_PENDING. The use of the point is possible. Isn't there better method though this symptom is solved when importing uninstall.sql is executed, and redemptions.sql is done again? any idears ? thanks,
