  1. Hi, quick question here, the login mod works great! However, Im curious to see whether its possible to get the fields in order so when I tab from the email field, it will just take me to the bullets, and then the password area? its really bugging me that after I put the user email, and press tab to get to the next field, it takes me to the bullet (already marked) and then to the submit button.... If I cycle the tab key on my keyboard 5-6 times, THEN it takes me to the password field... Any suggestions??? BTW... site at: www.bmbz.com TIA!

By the way, which contribution did you use for the product_listing page to show your mac games in 3 columns instead of the default OSC one?

Hi Josh, I would love to show you my site, only problem is that I am still building it with your contribution, off-line on my local machine.... However, Once I get the everything completed with the new ms1 release, I will upload to replace my current old snapshot os oscommerce at: www.toplandtrading.com. Feel free to check that out... It should be similar once I am done with the remake... -Ant

Who would like to see a dynamic MoPics?

Hi Dreamscape, Ok, I have checked everything and it appears to be working exactly as you said. Only thing I noticed is that, when I delete "coming soon!" from: define('TEXT_NO_MOPICS', 'coming soon!'); it doesn't appear to do anything at all. I looked to see if any files call TEXT_NO_PICS but was not able to find any php commands that called to this. I had to go into dynamic_mopics.php and delete "coming soon" from the bottom of that page where it looks like its written as regular text... <tr width=100%> <td align="left" class="smallText">coming soon!</td> </tr> Was there supposed to be some dynamic PHP Coding there instead?

if you see "coming soon!", then that mean the script is not finding your iamages... so either you did not configure correctly, or didn't name and place the images where you told the script they were. please post here what your naming scheme is, and then what your dynamic MoPics lines from configure.php look like. Dreamscape, It looks like I was getting the coming soon! message because I did not have an additional picture(s) uploaded. So would it make sense then, to leave: define('TEXT_NO_MOPICS', 'coming soon!'); blank so that it reads: define('TEXT_NO_MOPICS', ''); in application_top.php instead?? That way, for products that don't have extra images, it would not show the "coming soon" message? Also, I am still not sure if I am supposed to replace the original pop-up image section in /catalog/products_info.php with the lines from your install file, or whether your install lines are for the "additional" images only.... other words, do I leave the original coding intact and just add your lines where ever I want the additional images to show up??? I.E. Do I replace Line 89 in catalog/product_info.php from this: <tr> <td align="center" class="smallText"> <script language="javascript"><!-- document.write('<?php echo '<a href="java script:popupWindow('' . tep_href_link(FILENAME_POPUP_IMAGE, 'pID=' . $product_info['products_id']) . '')">' . tep_image(DIR_WS_IMAGES . $product_info['products_image'], addslashes($product_info['products_name']), SMALL_IMAGE_WIDTH, SMALL_IMAGE_HEIGHT, 'hspace="5" vspace="5"') . '<br>' . TEXT_CLICK_TO_ENLARGE . '</a>'; ?>'); //--></script> <noscript> <?php echo '<a href="' . tep_href_link(DIR_WS_IMAGES . $product_info['products_image']) . '">' . tep_image(DIR_WS_IMAGES . $product_info['products_image'], $product_info['products_name'], SMALL_IMAGE_WIDTH, SMALL_IMAGE_HEIGHT, 'hspace="5" vspace="5"') . '<br>' . TEXT_CLICK_TO_ENLARGE . '</a>'; ?> </noscript> </td> </tr> To This?: <tr> <td> <?php include(DIR_WS_MODULES . FILENAME_DYNAMIC_MOPICS); ?> </td> </tr> Or do I just add your line anywhere on the page where I want the additional pics without modifying the original coding? PS. this is an awesome contribution! It is so much simpler than installing the original (and equally awesome) mo-pics!

Hi, I believe I followed all of the instructions correctly, however, instead of a picture in my product info page, all I see is coming soon! Did I go wrong with the extentions somewhere??? Also, I am not sure exactly where to put the lines for product info... in the instructions, all it says is the "appropriate section"..... what line would that be?
  7. Thanks Linda... funny that it'd be you that replied... I actually originally started trying to get your quantity controller v5.1 going on this newer snapshot, but gave up after all of the coding was different! I have your contribution working great on my older snapshot (www.toplandtrading.com) and figured I could try to "Beyond Compare" the files.... LOL... I figured that I would settle for Mo-pics for now... since I found that I wasn't going to need most of the other features in your quantity controller... Well, keep us updated on your progress... out of curiosity, is this a mo-pics update youre working on, or is it an quantity controller v5.2?
  8. PS. I have searched through this forum but have not been able to find any specific answers in regards to the newer snapshots....
  9. I am trying to get multiple images going with big image pop ups and have been unsuccesful in incorporating mo-pics with my snapshot (3/26/2003). All of the coding is completely different... anybody got any ideas? I am tearing my hair out trying to figure this out... If anyone has any alternate ideas, I am open to that as well... Please help, I am desperate!
  10. Duh  It must be late for me, I did add the coding in your instructions, but uploaded the wrong files to my site.... Double DUH! Thanks for the great contribution! Everything A-OK now!
  11. Does this enhancement work with Linda's Quantity Controller v5.1? I tried to install it but I get the following message now on the right column... Fatal error: Call to undefined function: tep_loginbox_greeting_top() in /u/htdocs/antdot/catalog/includes/boxes/loginbox.php on line 44
  12. yeah... Linda is busy writing for me a new "free call for price" that is compatible with quantity controller v5.1... aren't ya??? =)
  13. Youre absolutely right Linda! I continued the checkout process, and it reloaded back to the product info. Also, I must have confused both of your contributions  , but I do recall your description of quantity controller v5.1 on your site as having an "out of stock" feature, then again, perhaps I might have read what I wanted to read... It would be great though to have that feature incorporated... I figure that you might as well since youre already controlling the quantity! Thanks for the great work linda! Im assuming that the free call for price contribution currently doesnt play well with quantity controller?
  14. PS... an example product would be the bugs life DVD in the cartoon directory. I set it with a quantity of 0...
  15. Hi Linda, I have loaded quantity controller v5.1 and everything appears to be working fine... However, I cannot figure out how the heck to get the "out of stock" to work!! When I set the quantity to 0, it just shows "available in stock = 0" instead of "out of stock". Also, the site allows me to check out even though I set the "allow checkout" to false on the admin page... What am I doing wrong? Please help! What I want to happen is for the product info page to show the products but instead of the checkout button, it changes to out of stock image and the quantity shows " out of stock" Is this how the contribution works?? my test site is at: www.antdot.com. Please help! I am getting so frustrated!
