    Fazer, If a template has a stylesheet call in it the catalog/stylesheet does not work. On my site I have the stylesheet call in the html templates.

    Robert, Are you using a file called popup_image.php.html in your sts_template folder? That may be the problem.

    STS BUG.....tell a friend adds to cart instead of going to the taf page. The fix is in this forum somewhere, I used it and it worked great. I just looked for the fix and cannot find it but it may have been the one on page 52 of this post.

    PayPal_Shopping_Cart_IPN

    Thanks Greg, I will check with paypal on this. I am going to only accept paypal and money orders so I need the pp link to be fool proof. This is the last addon I have to do to my site. Think I will go clear my head for a while so I don't mess this up.

    PayPal_Shopping_Cart_IPN

    Greg, I am about to install you paypal ipn1.5 but I have one big question. If I remember right the ipn gateway only allows paypal accounts with a confirmed address. So what if I get a new user to paypal. His/her account won't have a confirmed address since it takes a few days. Will they be able to just pay by credit card without having a paypal account?

    Yeah man, think you are all excited now and thinking to far ahead. From the conversations we have had I would say just get it to run in both your website and in the admin. Play around with the site, try some minor changes and stuff and you will get used to the file layout and stuff then you can try making bigger changes. Remeber since you have the sts system installed it's all html now baby except for the things you said like changing the box looks and things like that. Plus make sure you look at this..it has answers to most of peoples questions. Wiki Docs

    Glad your getting somewhere now. I still don't know what you are saying about the default template cause that is the sts_template.html. If you are going to use the $category command on left then there would be no need for to use the $url_cat unless you want to place access to the same thing twice. If you want to use the $url_cat with a top navigation images then the $url_cat would be the hyperlink in the image....Here is an example from my store. This is for my category "Mens" in my clothing store. <A href="$urlcat_Mens"><IMG src="images/button1.jpg"></A> So when that button is clicked it will open up the subcategories where I have the $content call. If you have no sub cats then it will open the product listings and display them where the $content call is. Of course that code is the basic without and alt, height and width ect..I just cut it to the basics so its easy to see.

    Cool...glad it worked out. The actual default file is in the catalog/includes as you know from uploading but it's named sts_template.html but if it worked thats all that matters.

    I don't know about BTS but I use STS on my site and yes it's pure html and you add the $whatever in the spots you want. The setup is very easy and worked like a charm. The nice thing about going back to the stock osc if you don't like sts all you do is remove the lines of code you added and delete the html and your done. You can also turn it off in a file(edit) and your back to the stock script look. It comes with a very basic tabled template also so that can get you started. If you can make a page in dreamweaver then you can use sts just fine.

    Aaron, What are you wanting exactly? Do you want those codes in that order to show up in a colum? If so then build a single colum multi row table and put the $???? codes in.

    I changed my template for includes/sts_templates/product_info.php.html that has a javascript button menu. Now my popup image doesnt work. I know its the new page because if I upload old style it works fine. This is the major difference in the page is in the <head> thats seems to be the problem. Other than this the template runs fine on other pages. <script language=JavaScript> <!-- if (document.images) { image1on = new Image(); image1on.src = "images/b1on.gif"; image2on = new Image(); image2on.src = "images/b2on.gif"; image3on = new Image(); image3on.src = "images/b3on.gif"; image4on = new Image(); image4on.src = "images/b4on.gif"; image5on = new Image(); image5on.src = "images/b5on.gif"; image6on = new Image(); image6on.src = "images/b6on.gif"; image7on = new Image(); image7on.src = "images/b7on.gif"; image8on = new Image(); image8on.src = "images/b8on.gif"; image9on = new Image(); image9on.src = "images/b9on.gif"; image10on = new Image(); image10on.src = "images/buttonon1.gif"; image11on = new Image(); image11on.src = "images/buttonon2.gif"; image12on = new Image(); image12on.src = "images/buttonon3.gif"; image13on = new Image(); image13on.src = "images/buttonon4.gif"; image14on = new Image(); image14on.src = "images/buttonon5.gif"; image1off = new Image(); image1off.src = "images/b1.gif"; image2off = new Image(); image2off.src = "images/b2.gif"; image3off = new Image(); image3off.src = "images/b3.gif"; image4off = new Image(); image4off.src = "images/b4.gif"; image5off = new Image(); image5off.src = "images/b5.gif"; image6off = new Image(); image6off.src = "images/b6.gif"; image7off = new Image(); image7off.src = "images/b7.gif"; image8off = new Image(); image8off.src = "images/b8.gif"; image9off = new Image(); image9off.src = "images/b9.gif"; image10off = new Image(); image10off.src = "images/button1.gif"; image11off = new Image(); image11off.src = "images/button2.gif"; image12off = new Image(); image12off.src = "images/button3.gif"; image13off = new Image(); image13off.src = "images/button4.gif"; image14off = new Image(); image14off.src = "images/button5.gif"; } function changeImages() { if (document.images) { for (var i=0; i<changeImages.arguments.length; i+=2) { document[changeImages.arguments].src = eval(changeImages.arguments[i+1] + ".src"); } } } // --> </SCRIPT>

    Dude thats the sts system the "$content" $cartbox...put those where you want them to show up on your page and tada there they are! Load it on your website to see it work. call index.php and the sts_tempate.html with generate the page.

    Here is a way to make your store index.php template without having to use the $content command. The catalog/index.php = catalog/includes/sts_template.html, then under catalog/includes/sts_templates/ you can have a template for any .php file in the catalog/ directory by calling it ????.php.html. So if you leave the $content out of the sts_template.html you won't see any products. I didn't want the $content on my index and didnt want to remove all that code for welcome guest and stuff like that so here is what I did. Edit the catalog/includes/filenames.php and change the FILENAME_DEFAULT from index.php to whatever you want. Copy your index.php and rename to new name and upload to your catalog/ Now you don't have to have the $content there. Surfer starts on your index page but when they click to go to products they switch to new page. Only major change was to some of the back buttons. Had to edit to reflect which homepage I wanted them at. Still working on the contact us continue button. Here is what it looks like..watch your browsers url status bar for changes. My Webpage

    Kevin, If this is on a clean install of Osc2.2 MS2 then all you have to do is upload ALL the files that are in the zip and edit the configure.php the way shown and it should work fine. Don't leave any extra space before the ?> after you paste the config stuff.
