I'm interested in this sort of mod as well. I may end up hacking my own based on checkout_process.php.

Never mind, I figured it out. I just had to add " where language_id = '" . (int)$languages_id . "'" to the query.

Also, anyone find a solution for the blank "Choose a Product" menu on the edit orders page? I'm seeing the same thing, though I'm using an otherwise stock installation and database design.
