  1. Ok thanks, that solved the problem. Don't you people in the UK ship packages above 2kg? :P
  2. Hi Chris, I'm using your module, however for any total order weights above 1.5KG, both the AirMail and Surface mail return "The shipping rate cannot be determined at this time". But for anything under that weight, it calculates the price. In the admin settings for the two shipping modules I've set the maximum weight to 100. And for the general store maximum weight is a high amount as well. So what do you think would be cause of it not calculating the shipping for weights above that amount? Thanks mate.
  3. v3.0.1 July 1st 2007. This Australia Post module came pre-installed with the installation of OsCommerce I installed.
  4. Yet, the AusPost shipping options only say the weight is: 0.4kg(s)
  5. I added a zone rate for Ireland, and it is coming back saying the weight is 3.4 lb(s). But I can't see how that could be possible when each item's weight is set to: 0.20 kg and the order is for only 2 items. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks.
  6. Yep, they are in the correct formats.
  7. For an item getting shipped to Ireland via Air Mail on AusPost.com.au it is $20 (between 500g - 1kg). But on my store, it is $80 with weight: 400g and dimensions 5cm x 5cm x 5cm. Why is this? Is there a way to fix it? You can see for yourself at: http://www.operation513.com/shop/ Thanks.
  8. I have an item in my catalog that has no weight, but it still goes to the shipping page when I click 'checkout'. This is even though it is the only thing in the shopping cart. Any ideas?
