  1. just posted this in the paypal ipn thread, but after more digging, i'm wondering if it may make more sense here. anyways... hello all, i'm having two issues, the first of which has me in a really bad spot... firstly, i happen to have QTPro v4 installed, as we absolutely depend on it's functionality. now, i've recentlty noticed that orders of any items that have matrix attributes that have their stock handled by QTPro, are not being deducted from inventory after an order is placed using Paypal as a payment method. Credit Card orders work perfectly, and Paypal orders will deduct if it's a simple inventory using OSCommerce's quantity and not the QTPro stock option. this is a huge problem for us, and i'm willing to pay someone for a clean and timely solution to it. our next issue is that the abandoned orders seem to simply sit indefinitely within our admin until manually delated. i thought that these were supposed to delete themselves after 3 days? if not, is there any way to do this, preferably with a time variable we can define ourselves? anyhow, any help would be greatly appreciated, and i'd be more then happy to pay someone for their time if they could do it (i'm slammed for time at the moment). feel free to email me or post a reply. thanks.

  3. dug a little deeper and realized that it's being declined for reason (B) which means that address isn't being provided for AVS check. Anyone have any idea whether this is caused from the osCommerce script or if its the payment module?
  4. please disregard the authorizenet module listed in the title. I copied the wrong part of the credits. It is in fact... Authorize.net Consolidated v1.5 Thanks.
  5. I'm not sure what's going on exactly or how to duplicate the problem, but after relaunching my shop using v2MS2 and using the Authorize.net Consolidated v1.5 payment module, all of a sudden, I'm getting an unusually high number of customers complaining of declines. To verify, I logged into my authorize.net account and sure enough, there's a large number of declines in the days unsettled transactions. Most, if not all, also seem to be missing the customers name which is obvious since the days accepted transactions all show names. What I don't get is how a customer could even submit the form without a name? Or if they're entering their name, at what point is the shop or payment module losing the information, and why? I searched around and didn't see much on this, so I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction. Also worth mentioning is that this was probably the third authorize.net payment module I tried, and was the only one that I could get working at all. Anyhow, any help would be very greatly appreciated, as this is really affecting business. Thanks.
