  1. I use the Fedex shipping module, and it is working with no problems. I would like to use the Fedex shipping option only for some products. I ship most items from Canada, but I do have 2 items which are shipped from Thailand. I would like to set Flat shipping rates for items shipped from Thailand. (The rate will vary depending on the customers country) Is this possible? How can I do this?
  2. I am also having the same problem. Paypal Website Payments Standard does not show the 'item/product name', it uses the store name! Please Help
  3. Does this mod work? I have follow the instructions, and tried to use the fixes here but I am receiving the error: 1054 - Unknown column 'r.reviews_id' in 'on clause' select count(*) as total from reviews r, reviews_description rd left join reviews_images ri on r.reviews_id = ri.reviews_id and ri.reviews_status = '1' where r.products_id = '32' and r.reviews_id = rd.reviews_id and rd.languages_id = '1' [TEP STOP] Please help, I really need this mod working
  4. I have the Fedex Real Time Quotes set-up and working fine. The problem is that it only works for customers who have register an account, and are logged into thier account. My client would like the FedEx Rates display to those who have not yet created an account. He has found a few Oscommerce sites that can do this, the shopper simply selects a Country and Postal Code to display the rates. This option is presented to the shopper as soon as they add the item to thier cart. You can see examples here: http://quadshop.co.za/ and http://www.sportingforless.com/ I don't know if this is the FedEx plugin, but could the FedEx Plugin do this? If so How? Thanks
  5. I spent some time on the paypal site and I figured out "PayPal Account Optional". If your customer has a paypal account he is taken to the paypal account sign in page. If paypal does not recognize the customer they are taken to the page to pay by credit card without having to open a paypal account. I deleted all my cookies and when processing an order, I was taken to the pay by credit card page, with my name and address prepopulated. The only fall back is that when "PayPal Account Optional" is on the customer is not automaticly redirected back to the store, they are given the choice to return and have to click the link. I took the time to answer myself, just in case there are others who are as dumb as me
  6. There is an option in the PayPal account settings, to have the cutomer pay by credit card directly, without having to register a PayPal account. I have this option enabled in my custmers PayPal account. (I access his account through the multi-user acces). When going through the payment process I am taken to the PayPal page at. https://www.paypal.com/row/cgi-bin/webscr? There is a link to pay without having a PayPal account, click it and you can pay without the account. I would like to take the customer directly to that page where they just have to enter their credit card number. Is this possible? In the PayPal site I have under "Profile" / "Website Payment Preferences" -- Auto Return for Website Payments set to "ON" http://mysite.com/catalog/checkout_success.php -- Payment Data Transfer set to "ON" -- (There is a key there that I don't know what to do with?) -- Encrypted Website Payments set to "OFF" because I don't have an SSL Certificate -- PayPal Account Optional is set to "ON" On my site I have a fresh install of 2.2rc2a and I have PayPal Website Payments Standard enabled in the shipping modules. Thanks.
  7. I have been up for 2 days trying to install the FedEx Real Time Quote. I have tried it 4 times, it is a new site and I have completely removed all files, delete the database and started over again trying to follow the instrustions and pay close attention to details. Each time I receive the same error: No meter number was obtained, check configuration. Error 8020 : Invalid ZIP Code I have installed only 2.07 this time ( I have not added 2.07.1 or 2.07.2 In debug mode the error reads: Data sent to Fedex for Meter: 0,"211"10,"396606046"4003,"Blake Gratton"4007,"Jungle Fender Flares"4008,"81 Cedar Crest Beach Road"4011,"Bowmanville"4012,"ON"4013,"L1C 3K3"4014,"US"4015,"905 242-3938"99,"" Data returned from Fedex for Meter: 0,"311"2,"8020"3,"Invalid ZIP Code"99,"" The language when setting up the Fedex shipping in the admin panel, ask's for a Postal Code, but the language in the error reads Zip Code? The store is located in Ontario, Canada, and I made sure the Cofiguration of MyStore/Country was set to Canada, and the zone to Ontario. I have also set all the tax zones accourding to some very helpful instruction I found here: http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,1124 Please Help
  8. I would like to install the FedEx plugin v3.11 but it does not seem to be compatible for shipping from Canada. It only seems to be for shipping from US. Can it be used for shipping from Canada? Thanks
