MH2 Printing

I am hosted thru StartLogic and awaiting a response from them and its taking a long time. My request is making it to UPS but the response is somehow being blocked. Has anybody had this issues while Im waiting for an answer from my host.

UPS RESPONSE: I am not getting any response from UPS and Curl is enabled on my server at startlogic. Any ideas?
