    I am trying to install STS 1.8. I've loaded the files as instructed and modified the html file, but no changes appear to be made. I would appreciate help with two questions: 1. What is STS intended for exactly. Will it only change the locations of certain boxes, or completely change the look and feel of the site? 2. What am I doing wrong for STS not to be working for me? Thank you.
