  1. Well my ftp transfer mode is set to automatic and I have done it several times already. I wonder should change it to binary and give it another go? What part of the code looks for the close button image? Maybe I can start from there.
  2. Oddly enough I copied the files over that came with the download "Simple Multi Image Add-on (Un-Limited) with FancyBox Popups V1.3.5" and all of the images in the images folder and still have no "close" button or "X". I've also double checked and "hideOnContentClick" in the Product_info.php is set to True so.... Where do I go from here? Thanks for your help.
  3. I've installed the latest version of this contribution and I absolutetly love it. I've since then been looking over the shoulders of people using it and they can't figure out how to close the fancybox. I always have to tell them to click on the picture itself but they usually end up clicking outside of the picture first and nothing happens. Is there a way to either put an "X" at the top right corner of the fancy box or make it so that if someone clicks outside of the fancybox that it closes the fancybox? Thanks in advance.
  4. I'm dying to use this contribution to it's fullest extent as I think it's one of the top five that need to be installed in any vanilla osc site. If anyone could help with this .htaccess issue it would be appreciated. I really don't know what I'm doing when it comes to this and have re-read the instructions a hundred times. Thanks in advance!
  5. The above is from the instructions. My struggle was understanding where the "file htaccess.txt" was. Was this a file that was supposed to come with the original install of oscommerce? Was this a file that was supposed to come with the contribution? If so, I couldn't find this file in either of those places so I didn't know where to get this htaccess.txt. So I googled how to get one and some websites recommend uploading a file named htaccess.txt because it gets uploaded a certain way and then renaming it when it's on your server. Where am I missing the mark here? Thanks again for your help! I truly appreciate it!
  6. Thank you for the confirmation of the url. I didn't have an htaccess.txt in my store's root folder (oscommerce in my case) so I created an htaccess.txt with the line RewriteBase /oscommerce/ and put it in my oscommerce folder. I then used filezilla to ftp there and rename it. I change my url rewrite type to rewrite, browse to my store to which I see a storefront then click on one of the products to get this link http://thebeadingsite.com/oscommerce/sapphiresparkle-p-70.html?osCsid=8169ec77d2cb8023a18b9d47428a5a12 and a page not found error. Help? Oh, P.S. It looks like I may have fixed the by installing this contribution http://addons.oscommerce.com/info/7008 We'll see if this is a true solution that others can benefit from after getting rewrite to work properly ;^)
  7. I'm not sure how to tell if it's working. I installed everything and have "standard" set up and my link looks like so: http://thebeadingsite.com/oscommerce/product_info.php/sapphiresparkle-p-70?osCsid=fbb654209321f4743d33aedbdf1834e6 For some reason that doesn't look right to me. I then double checked with my hosting and they confirmed that yes I had a linux server, mod_rewrite is enabled and AllowOveride is set to All so I thought lets try to change it from Standard to Rewrite and see what happens. I then get a link like this and a page not found error: http://thebeadingsite.com/oscommerce/sapphiresparkle-p-70.html?osCsid=f6ec8b284305848ff06b409578555923 One final thing I've noticed is that when I have SEO 5 enabled my product pop up images become my template (I'm using STS if that helps) but when disabled I have no problems. Help, what am I doing wrong here? Thanks in advance!

    Who's Online Enhancement 1.4

I'm trying to install "Who's Online Enhancement 3.6.6" and when I did the sql update ALTER TABLE `whos_online` ADD `country_code` VARCHAR( 2 ) CHARACTER SET utf8 COLLATE utf8_general_ci NOT NULL AFTER `ip_address` , ADD `country_name` VARCHAR( 64 ) CHARACTER SET utf8 COLLATE utf8_general_ci NOT NULL AFTER `country_code` , ADD `region_name` VARCHAR( 64 ) CHARACTER SET utf8 COLLATE utf8_general_ci NOT NULL AFTER `country_name` , ADD `city` VARCHAR( 64 ) CHARACTER SET utf8 COLLATE utf8_general_ci NOT NULL AFTER `region_name` , ADD `latitude` FLOAT NOT NULL AFTER `city` , ADD `longitude` FLOAT NOT NULL AFTER `latitude`; ALTER TABLE `whos_online` ADD INDEX `ip_address` ( `ip_address` ); ALTER TABLE `whos_online` ADD INDEX `country_code` ( `country_code` ); ALTER TABLE whos_online ADD http_referer VARCHAR(255) NOT NULL; ALTER TABLE whos_online ADD user_agent VARCHAR(255) NOT NULL; ALTER TABLE `whos_online` ADD `hostname` VARCHAR( 255 ) NOT NULL AFTER `ip_address` ; REPAIR TABLE `whos_online`; INSERT INTO `configuration` (`configuration_id`, `configuration_title`, `configuration_key`, `configuration_value`, `configuration_description`, `configuration_group_id`, `sort_order`, `last_modified`, `date_added`, `use_function`, `set_function`) VALUES ('77', 'Google Maps Key', 'GOOGLE_MAPS_KEY', 'YOURKEY', 'Put your Google Maps API Key here.<br><br>You can get one at http://code.google.com/apis/maps/signup.html', '1', '25', NULL, '2009-08-22 12:18:00', NULL, 'tep_cfg_textarea('); I got an error saying that '77' was already used so I changed it to '277' and it took the sql change and seems to work. I was able to browse to the admin area and submit my google key. Changing that number shouldn't be a problem, right?
