Automatically send data feed to Froogle

Sorry to bug anyone, as I've tried to search this thread, but looking thru 40+ pages, I'm at a loss. I have a few questions: Does this contrib create the upload txt file automatically? or via the admin pane? I see in the contrib that it has a feature to ftp to google base, Can this be automated via the cron? or is that making it over complicated? If someone could provide a overall detailed description of the current Contrib I'd appriciate it! Thank you!

    QBI Quickbooks Import

NM my last post. Forgot to setup shipping, so when shipping was being imported via the IIF file, the shipping name / account wasn't being associated. THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES OVER! for your efforts. Will donate next sale I get!

    QBI Quickbooks Import

So is it supposed to be checked or unchecked? (look at the manual I quoted) I have it currently checked and the exact name I have in quickbooks, but when I try to import that iif, says the item is not setup / matched. hmmm... Thanks in advance! Sean "When unchecked, any items that are not matched will flow through into QB (make sure that these items already exist in QB with the exact same name). When checked, any items that are not matched will be replaced with the default name entered in the box below (make sure this item already exists in QB with the same exact name). This is useful if you do not track inventory and/or your store item count exceeds the maximum allowed by QB and you wish all store sale items to import as one noninventory item. Note that the description will always flow through, so that you can still see on the invoice what products where purchased."

    QBI Quickbooks Import

Awesome, work flawlessly. lol, didn't know that each first name / last name was a seperate code. Side note, I have question regarding matches. Does each OSC product HAVE to match a QB product? The reason I ask this is because I have 1200 DIFFERENT products (records) in OSC, but categorize them as 1 type of product in quick books... But it looks like under the product match, I have to do each one, 1 @ a time... is there a work around for this? Thanks!

    QBI Quickbooks Import

What about the ability to do lastname, firstname -%I. It seems right now we only have the option to do lastname OR first name, but not both.

What new features will 3.0 have?

    QBI Quickbooks Import

I had this SAME problem. Thanks ADAM for the idea where to check! The fix: If you have an admin contrib installed, go to the Administrator section in the control panel, then File Access, then Catalogue (click on it 2x just in case), on the right hand side should be a drop down with all the files that you need to grant access to. Once you do that, the quick books importer works! Thanks again adam for the GREAT contrib!
  8. Bobby, like most people here have done already, thank you for taking the much time to come up with this. P.S. I've sent you a donation too. Next not sure if anyone came across this, but I've installed this before on a non-CRE OSC and had no issues. (Using rewrite) This time on my CRE cart I got errors simular to these errors... (except with my info) "Warning: in_array(): Wrong datatype for second argument in /home/printing/public_html/includes/boxes/categories.php on line 31 Warning: in_array(): Wrong datatype for second argument in /home/printing/public_html/includes/boxes/categories.php on line 38" I then went into the admin. Turned on cName and tried it out. Seemed aok. Then 5 minutes later after clicking on my products, making sure everything worked with cName, I went back and turned on Re-write. Bingo, it worked like a charm. Not sure if cache had to build up first, but I'd thought I would pass on my experience to others. Bobby, could you possible explain what happened? Thanks
  9. Who's the main support guy for this contribution? Compared to my other osc contribs, this one seems to have the least amount of support. I'll probably won't look into the link failure error since it happens for everysite I've tried. dynamic and static alike. I do need to have the pics working so I can display other sites logo's / link buttons.
  10. Jack, any ideas where I need to start on my issue. I'd appriciate any info.
  11. Does anyone know if installing the new version. (http://www.oscommerce.com/community/contributions,1256) will correct my issue. Is there any logs / screen shots i need to post? What kind of data loss? Just loss of links or entire product database? Thank you
  12. I too am having issues with this contrib. (which is great once I get it going) #1 - "Link Check Result: Error Reading URL" What does that mean and how can I fix it. Link it was checking: http://www.audibleexperience.com/links/music.html #2 - Pics not showing up on catalogue side. They show up in the admin side, but when you look at them on catalogue side there's nothing. http://midwestweb.info/sean/links.php?lPath=4 Any ideas?
  13. Bobby, wanted to let you know that #1, this is a great contrib. I mean, wow. Mad props to you and who ever else was involved. Well, everything is actually working, but in admin menu I get this error "Warning: call_user_func(tep_reset_cache_data_seo_urls): First argument is expected to be a valid callback" This prevents me from reseting the cache. Any ideas?

    QuickBooks Contrib

Adam, I know you're not done yet, but I wanted to say thank you for your efforts in this. I know it's not easy especially racking in 100+ hours on a project like this. [hats off to you]

What credit card processor - Paypal?

Thats a partially false statement. Anyone can signup for a Propay.com account. They are an offline credit card processor which I've used with success.
