  1. I know that Iam losing sales like crazy, because people dont want to open a bank account to buy a laptop or pair of boots. Is there any way to bypass customers having to open paypal account to purchase merchandise. Welcome all ideas.

    Linkpoint error

I get all the way until finalize. Than I get an error # telling me I need a order id # for this type of transaction. The support guy at linkpoint connect ( linkpoint api support gone for the day) tells me that Ineed buy now buttons. No where in the files on install did Isee any buy now buttons, I went to linkpoint central and none of the manuals mention them. SO WHATS UP????

  4. I was able to install linkpoint, remove all errors, upload .pem, and configure admin/modules/payment. Now the problem is when I click on the check out button it goes straight to page not found. I am not sure but from what I hear I believe that I should have buy now buttons from linkpoint at checkout. Also I think that it should be going to account login/register. When I click account login at top of page it also goes to page not found.
  5. I am having the same difficulities. I uploaded all files with filezilla, they are all in the right place. I had'nt uploaded .pem file yet and got almost the same warnings. Below is the warnings. Warning: include(/home/jdsshop1/public_html/includes/languages/english/modules/payment/linkpoint_api.php) [function.include]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/jdsshop1/public_html/admin/modules.php on line 167 Warning: include() [function.include]: Failed opening '/home/jdsshop1/public_html/includes/languages/english/modules/payment/linkpoint_api.php' for inclusion (include_path='.:/usr/local/php52/pear') in /home/jdsshop1/public_html/admin/modules.php on line 167
  6. I downloaded linkpoint api contribution, uploaded to site using filezilla. I followed all instructions, but somehow came up with fatal error cannot redeclare linkpoint api. public_html/includes/modules/payment/linkpoint_api.php on line 41 I am sure it's something stupid I missed. I am not working on all cylinders, work accident left me using one hand(cut tendon). So all help and patience appreciated.
  7. This will sound real out there to most of you, but now that I have a private key and a public cert, and paypal public cert, what do I do with them? I presently have them downloaded to my documents. I know that they have to be changed to .pem format, but how. I am as green as they come!!!!!!!
  8. I uploaded v1.4, Now I have all the certs. What exactly am I supposed to do with them. I tried to download public cert to paypal and it said not in .pem format. So I guess that I am supposed to change that after I downloaded it from them. I am as green as they come!!!!!!!
  9. I have uploaded paypal v1.4 ( THANK YOU VGER) it went without a problem. Now I already have api credentials with my paypal account, but it asks for your private key, your public cert., paypals public cert., and your paypal public cert. Id. Where do I go for all that. I do have paypal_cert_pem.txt, and I downloaded a public cert. from paypal site, but how do I know which one is which, and where do I get private key?
