Automatically send data feed to Froogle

It looks like you were right as it is working today. Silly me, trying to double check my work instead of just waiting a day!

Automatically send data feed to Froogle

Now I'm getting this... File completed: computertoystore-fr-outfile.txt Connected to hedwig.google.com, for user computertoystore Warning: ftp_put(): computertoystore-fr-outfile.txt: Permission denied on server. (Overwrite) in /Users/admin/Sites/catalog/admin/froogle.php on line 342 hedwig.google.com: FTP upload has failed! I know for damn sure that my froogle FTP UID and password are correct in the file. I'm also fairly sure that the permissions on the php are correct. Could Froogle have changed my FTP password or access without telling me (since I have not used the account in a few months)? I AM able to log in to Froogle with no trouble and have no warnings. Any other ides on what would cause this error message?

    QBI Quickbooks Import

Adam, could you outline for me how a payment goes from a module like Authorize.net to the payment method section of qbi and gets entered into the iif file that is used for import? It would help if I didn't have to reverse engineer the process. I still can not figure out why I have no payment methods being listed to match up to. Thank you!

Using phpMyAdmin I can see the table. It appears there are 5 fields. It also appears the table is empty. THIS IS PROGRESS!!! YAY!!!! Now, where do you suppose the broken code is that would populate the table?

Adam, any ideas on my issue? As per my last post, I have 2 languages, correct permissions, and everything else appears to be according to the guidelines.

Payment modules are authorize.net and check/money order. 2 languages; English & Spanish.

Yes, I can find the lists.iif file and import. I CAN see all of my payment methods and match the one called 'online' to 'paid online.' Everything else is set to 'not prepaid.' Read permissions are set correctly. All other areas of the matching work and show up. All of my payment methods show up in excel (and in the set up area). I just can't see any payments listed in maatch:payments.

Adam, I have followed you instructions to Wade and have even rechecked my steps but still have nothing in the Match:payment area. Any advice? -Keith

    QBI Quickbooks Import

My match:payments area is blank, even though I've included payments in my 'lists.iif. file. Any ideas?

    QBI Quickbooks Import

I think I may have an idea why this is happening. In the manual it says to put the files to be matched in admin/qbi_import. However, I see that there is also an 'admin/qbi_input.' I think the file might need to go in the latter. Anyone know for sure?

    QBI Quickbooks Import

Thanks for your help Adam. In setup:payments and match:payments I have blank pages with the exception of the 'update matches on this page' button. When I initially click on setup I get the message 'Did not find iif import file.' Is this a problem with my installation?

Here's one: All the items are not showing up as paid in Quickbooks. Most of these are paid for instantly with the authorize.net credit card gateway. I've been going over (and over) the docs trying to figure out how this could be an error on my end but everything APPEARS to be set correctly.

Adam, Thank you. It was the order status. How did I ever miss that? It was the most obvious!

Everything was working fine until a few weeks back when the module just stopped updating. It has not shown any new orders to download (although there have been plenty). Anyone have any ides how to fix this?
